I often go to sleep with my implant at 100%. I used to wake up within 30 minutes from the discomfort and deflate. These days it takes over an hour before I am awakened. But sometimes I will deflate before discomfort sets in because turning over to find a comfortable position (for my back issues, unrelated to ED or the implant) becomes problematic.

This I do when I am alone.

When sleeping with my girlfriend, I often pump up to 75-90% just so she has something to entertain herself with during the night while I am asleep. I often can sleep through the whole night without discomfort from the inflation pressure.

Yes, 50% is nice to feel at night and during the day, too. Reminds me (and potenntial onlookers, maybe) that I am still a man, even if a cyborg, but still a man. Depending on what clothes I am wearing, 0%, 10%, 50%, 70% may fit well with the time and place. It is nice having a "dial-a-dick" so my genitals do not (or do) attract attention appropriate to the venue. After all, one does not wear a tuxedo to a pool party, right? I often (in my eretiley exuberant youth) often worried about inappropriate unwarranted and unwanted erections appearing out of nowhere. Now, I can dial up whatever erectile status is appropriate without fear of overdoing it. If I am playing guitar at a bar, 50-60% is nice. At a church suervice, 0% is better. Not that I am doing much performance lately, with Covid hanging on and my thumb surgery interfering. But someday soon I will be back in the saddle.

The only cycling I have managed to do is pump as hard as I can manage and leave it all night.
