I’ve wondered if viewing porn and intense weird disgusting shock things online from a super young age permanently fried my mind. I’ve done “no fap” and no porn for long periods of time and I still don’t have any sort of rush, even when I get somewhat of an erection (that goes away in literally 2 minutes). I can’t feel blood flow or anything. I’ve been in this awful condition for so long, I’m worried I have a permanent mental disorder or some issue with dopamine in my head. I had huge hopes for implant but recently i was informed here from others that implant will kill your glans engorgement meaning u will have hard base with floppy glans. Im lost now and lost all hope. No clue, man. I’ve seen some very positive reports of the implant but I’m taking them in context. A 55 year old man with an implant who has had years of normal sex and normal sexual desire is different from someone who is 25 and always struggled with this torture

I'm 7 months in Coloplast Titan. I've had my share of issues such as using low dose Cialis for floppy head. It worked but I gave up using it due to some discomfort and it made it more difficult to orgasm. Not true that the implant operation kills glans engorgement. Generally speaking, whatever spongiosum (glans and the shaft outside the tunica) engorgement you had before the operation, you will have the same after. Unless some medical error occurred during the surgery.[quote]
