I’m leaning more towards the malleable implant after everything I’ve read and witnessed. My question is how much size will I lose if I were to pick this type of implant? Last time I had a good erection and I measured I was 6 inches length with 4.5 inches girth.

I’ve had both. You stand a better chance at keeping size with an inflatable. I get that from posts here, research online any my experience.

However, if you get a good surgeon you will most likely retain most of your size.

Ultimately ask yourself this. Would you rather have a 6 inch penis you’re not confident will stay erect or a 5.75” robocock that is always ready to go?
