Dr Billy Cordon in Miami

Just had my surgery on May 16 and it went great. Titan 22cm. Very little pain afterwards. Used a small bag of frozen peas for the swelling. Works great. From the first consultation. Cystoscopy, ultrasound and then surgery, I don’t think I could have found a better doctor. Had my follow up appointment June 2. Pumped up all the way and initially it was sore. The pumping up is easy, the taking down not so easy. Had a hard time finding and feeling the release valve. Since then it has become easy. Been cycling everyday. I think I was pushing it too much after my follow up, now doing 3 times a day for 30 minutes. It’s amazing to me how hard I get, I wasn’t this hard at 20 years old. Feels as hard as my kitchen counter. Also want to thank flspeedo for recommending Dr Cordon. Also for answering all my questions. All in all a great experience and I think I had the best Urologist/ Surgeon in Florida. Thank you Dr Cordon !!!!!!!!

Congratulations Jbslim! I got implanted by Dr. Cordon on March 02. I got his reference from Dr. Eid when he canceled my surgery after falling sick. I could not wait for my surgery as I had some issues related to my insurance. I found Dr. Cordon very good and skilled. He has learnt his craft from the best (Dr. Eid) and he is a top choice for anyone who wishes to get this surgery done. In the words of Dr. Eid, he is able to mimic his no-touch technique.

I also found the Mt. Sinai hospital a good centre for this surgery. Except the administration staff who are impersonal to you, everything about the hospital was good.

Imo if anyone wants to get a penoscrotal surgery done and is in and around Florida, he should definitely consider Dr. Cordon.

In the words of Dr. Eid, he is able to mimic his no-touch technique. Even Dr. Clavell follows a less strict modified no-touch. But Dr. Cordon follows the exact same technique of no-touch as Dr. Eid.

Dr. Clavell and Dr. Eid employ what looks to be identical techniques in regard to no-touch.

No ways I wanted to say that Dr. Clavell’s is any less. In fact he was my top choice as well along with Dr. Cordon. I have discussed this in my journal.
I don’t exactly recall the differences but from my research it showed some subtle differences in their techniques. If that is not the case, I take back my statement.
In no way I mean to offend any of Dr. Clavell’s patients. Like I said, I would have been very happy to get operated by him.

No offense taken Atul, this is not something I'd get offended about.

Based on the information I asked for and received, my research of the top tier surgeons, my personal experience and my discussion with Dr. Clavell directly, he most certainly performs the "no touch" surgery, as I think most of the better surgeons practice.

The videos I linked are both a few years old, and I imagine that in the ensuing years there have been some changes in techniques, instruments, products; but I'm confident none of the top surgeons would cut a corner or do something that might increase the risk of infection, which as we know is the #1 concern for all involved.

Since there are men on this site gathering information like many of us did prior to making the decision to go forward, I just wanted to make sure the correct information was out there, and I think now it is.
