I'll just post what an old batchelor told me many years ago.

Not at all. Probably waited WAY too long. My wife has lost any and all desire for sex many, many yeras ago. Hoped that the implant would bring some of the interest back, but it didnt. And now it's failing I think. But the implant was one of the best things I've done for me, so if it is failing, I'm getting it replaced. Already got the Dr appointment to start the process.

My wife has lost interest in sexual activity. At times I feel like a guy that’s driving a Ferrari, in a city full of school zones. On the other hand, the implant has made me feel better about myself.

I simply cannot understand why a woman who doesn't particularly like sex, gets upset when her hubby goes to get it elsewhere.
Why the fuck would she care???
It's not like you're trying to replace her in your life, only that we need physical intimacy as well as all the other things that go with marriage.

And if that woman doesn’t like sex why in the Fu@k would you get married, so selfish. I would stop every single thing she wants you to do, put down toilet lid etc…. And treat her like a co worker.

First year of marriage wife and I had sex daily and it was wonderful. Unfortunately, after that she told me she couldn't keep up with that frequency so we scaled back slightly. Still wonderful. In 2017 along came PCa and ALL the negatives. Nerve sparing surgery which failed so 100 percent ED, PDE-5s didn't do anything but blurred vision and headaches. Tried Trimix and Quad mix injections with no usable reaction. VED wasn't sustainable and of no use. During this time wife informed me that I had two hands and she wasn't doing anything as "why should she do anything when I couldn't do anything. " This along with BCR of PCa with radiation and ADT destroyed any desire for sex on my part. So, stopped everything with onset of atrophy due to non-use and loss of length. Finally, out of my self pity rut and scheduled IPP; however, along came shit in 2020 with no elective surgery. Couldn't get IPP until May of 2022, by which time I had developed PD with 45 degree dorsal curvature. When opened up they found severe scarring with narrowing, determined IPP would not correct so I underwent plication procedure which resulted in more loss in length and girth to boot.

All this time, 2017 to present, wife has fallen back on her having problems due to pre-menopause, so basically nothing. IPP didn't change anything but I would do it again as now it's for me. Having revision soon and wife doesn't want me to have it yet she has no desire.

So, Mr Timex seems we're racing down the same street. Through this I have lost @ 2 inches in length. My advise to anyone on the fence about IPP would be don't wait. Get a skilled surgeon you are comfortable with and proceed. I haven't really been able to do anything but that won't stop me from moving forward. Again, as far as the IPP, I'd do it again just not wait as long.
