Pre and postop size difference

Hi,

Just a thought in my mind, i thought i should ask you guys. I havent had 100% erection in past 8 years. So, I can not sy for sure what is my size pre op. Inside vaccum it is about 17cm. But outside vaccum it is like engorged chubby, of 14cm, and if i do stretch test while it is flaccid, it streches upto 18 cm bone pressed and 16.5 not bone pressed.

After surgery do i get one of these sizes or it is the other way around?

I have surgery on 7th July, anxious about it. Weird questions coming in my mind.

Any measuring done where the VED is or has recently been used is going to be misleading.
You don't say how you got the shorter stretch measurements. But I'm guessing that no VED was involved. So my guess is that is close to your size.
Since your surgery is pretty close. Hasn't your dr done a stretch test on you?

Not yet, I have a pre-op appointment on 29th for Anaesthesia consultation + some of the tests they want to do. one of the surgeons assosiate told me that sizing is done in operations room.

This depends on surgeon to surgeon. I was measured by Dr. Eid while doing my penile doppler examination. The readings were noted and he told me he will guarantee me that size post op. I found that to be a very fair and transparent approach.

On my preop day with Dr. Cordon he stretch tested me but did not measure as such. I did share with him the findings if dr. Eid though.

If you look at surgery videos on YT, you will find that the surgeon measure you proximal and distal once you are cut open. Basis that they will choose a size and implant you.

My understanding is the stretch test is a good approximation in terms of length with the implant inflated (not perfect) Whatever you measure from the base to the head - you need to add whatever the length inside the corpoara is. This is usually 50% additional. So is you measure 5 inches on the outside you probably have another 2.5 in on the inside. Everyone is different based on how thin they area in the belly. Aggressive cycling and using the vacuum around the time of the surgery and afterwards makes some minor differences but it isn't dramatic

if your surgeon doesn't do a stretch test you should ask specifically about length expectations - if your surgeon doesn't prioritize it like you do, you may be disappointed with the outcome. high-volume surgeons can further optimize using different techniques at the time of surgery.

I was reaching 7.5 inches in the VED pre-op but I was 6.75inches outside of it Pre-op. Post-op I am 6.9inches in length and I was 5.5-5.75 inches in girth but I added Urofill and am now 6.9 in length and about 6inches in girth looks fucking massive.

If Osmonov is a good surgeon he should be able to maximize your length meaning you will not lose any and may even gain.

i have been sizing molyo aggressively, maybe that was the reason for my toe pains and slow healing, i am now doing an aggressive cycle, i have gained 1cm in length, things are looking up, i jerked off today and i reached orgasm easily, something unthinkable until a week ago

I have remained the same size pre and post implant, i am only 7 weeks out but girth and length remain the same.

I should say that my post implant size is bigger, its like my best erection ever for as long as i want. Pre op was great erection half the time for a couple min, then banging with a 3/4 hard on hoping to finish.
