Hey!
A VED is the general go to. It was recommended to me by my implant doctor. I got an electric pump off Amazon that was the same as the one my doctors office sold but at 1/4 the price. I was told to do 2 daily sessions of ten minutes. There are 4 levels and I was instructed to stay at level 3.
It definitely helped keep things stretched out.

I would recommend one or all of the next three things....a Bib hanger, JesExtender and pump. Thundersplace.com has a ton of information around stretching and routines..... be careful and don't over do it.

Loss of or significant reduction of nocturnal erections cause size loss. VED use or manual stretching can reduce this. But care needs to be taken as you can cause damage that can cause size loss rather than reduce it. There are a number of good articles on how to prevent size loss before, during, and after surgery in the general discussion section of this this site in the documents worth reading thread. Well worth the time reading them.

I use same VED. Approved to use VED by surgeon but warned to ensure implant was fully inflated. Use this VED at least once a day for approximately 10 minutes at level 2 then between 2 - 5 minutes on level 3. I as well.never exceed level 3.
