(I hope the question wasn't confusing, my English is terrible).
Dear friends, I explained my situation here earlier, I probably have venous leakage, etc. I don't respond to pills and I'm 22. Anyway, due to venous leakage, I can't maintain an erection for a long time, after ejaculating then, horrible. I read many user posts here on the forum, very enlightening about how the prosthesis works and everything. From what I understand, girth depends on the spongiosum body of the penis as well (which the prosthesis does not solve). My spongiosum erection sucks like I said, let's just say non-existent. To make matters worse (and I don't know if that influences) I'm a grower in terms of girth and length. My girth with the penis extended is 7.5cm (yes, horrible) while in erection it is 12.3cm (which is already thin but not as much as 7.5 cm). I researched the average increase in circumference between the flaccid and erect penis with the prosthesis, I found a study, it points to be 1cm. However, I don't know if in fact in this case there was no secondary erection.
I know that no one can answer my question exactly, after all, each penis is different, but I would like to know what to expect...
Are the chances really that I end up with a girth of 7.5? Would the penis without secondary erection be the same as it stretched out? What your difference in girth between your penis with a good secondary erection (whether by VED) and without arousal (but inflated)? Or what the average?
It's really complicated my situation, I'm trying to deal with all this. It's not the end of the world as I manage to keep the excitement going with a cockring but it actually makes sex less pleasurable, especially at 22 years old.
I think that 7.5cm of circumference is not even possible to have penetration, shit.
Thank you all, I hope you can understand me!
What is the normal difference in girth between an erection with spongiosum engorgement and one without in growers?

I was a grower before implantation.
With the implant, I'm much more of a shower. My flaccid girth is also considerably larger than before, and when pumped up, the LGX increases it further.
If you're a good candidate for an implant, I suspect it will improve both your measurements.
Good luck.

Age 59. AMS 700 LGX 21cm + 2cm RTE.
Peniscrotal, 2/23.
6.25" OEM with Cialis, about 5" post-op. (11/01: Length 6.75" and girth is up to 4.75" mid shaft.) Still growing, albeit slowly.
Cycling daily. Hoping to get to 7".

Thanks for answering. How much of a difference would you say it is in your case (flacid girth before and flacid girth/no arousal after)? I know it's hard to say without measuring, I just wanted to get an idea.
