doubts:
Hello, I am meditating and saving to make the difficult decision that many have already made... between questions and getting the money because my insurance does not cover said surgery.
I would like those who have experience to clarify some questions I have about carrying the implant... I thank you in advance for your time.
I have a venous leak and I no longer respond to pills or injections. I am thinking of using the rigicon infla10 ax prosthesis that expands more than the titan.
In addition, a very famous porn actor spoke badly about the titans, he has already broken 4 inflatables.
- I have heard that the first days of the postoperative period it burns a lot when urinating, I am thinking of telling my doctor not to insert anything through my urethra, in any case, do you have any advice to avoid the burning that urination generates after surgery?
- I have also read that when doing the first pumps it hurts a lot, any trick to reduce when I have to do the inflations and that it doesn't hurt so much?
- Is it true that to avoid damaging the implant early, it is better to avoid wild sex?
- Is it true that if they have to remove the implant due to failure or infection, they cannot remove the reservoir?
- Do you inflate the implant to masturbate?
- Can you lift weights and go to the gym without a problem after the implant?
-Is it necessary to avoid any sexual position that could damage the implant?
- How reliable is the stretching test that some doctors do before surgery to verify how long the penis will be after the implant?
Sorry for so many questions but they are things that mortify my head.
Thanks friends.
Doubts about implant
Re: Doubts about implant
First, it seems that you might of been mislead on some of your subjects of concerns.
Yes, a catheter is not comfortable, but it far from very painful. I wanted a penoscrotal surgery & I do not regret it. I had the catheter for 1 day. I was on regular pain pills so not very painful. I carried on a normal conversation with the nurse that removed it. Hardly even felt it come out. Btw, I was standing for this.
Yes, expect some minor burning during peeing for the first 1-3 times. I've had a catheter twice in my life. Everyone fears them but they are not horrible. For my implant, my bladder didn't like the catheter. During the 1 day that I had it in. My bladder would spasm from the tube. Felt much like I had to pee really bad but couldn't pee. Some urine was expelled around the catheter but the bandaging collected it.
Yes, first few times trying to work the pump is challenging because its hard to identify where to squeeze. Remember there will be some swelling. I would take 2 ibuprofens 30 minutes before pumping. A heating pad helps to loosen everything. I never felt like my pumping was painful at all. I only used the ibuprofen & heating pad for about the first week. Ibuprofen is an over the counter drug here in the USA. It is very cheap. I bought the very cheapest small heating pad I could find. I think about $12 usd.
I think that our third time having sex my wife was on top. No problems.
If an implant is removed, it is common to leave the reservoir. Its empty so it folds up small. Remember, they only hold 100-125 cc's of saline depending on your implant size. It just isn't worth the work to remove it.
In my opinion the stretching test doesn't really mean much. After surgery your pubic fat pad swells so it looks like your penis got shorter. My dr uses the stretch length at the 3 month appointment to prove that you are following directions to cycle twice a day. He is very adamant that if you can't reach your stretched length at 3 months that you are not cycling per his instructions. So far, I think he has a good way to see that you are following directions. Btw, I refuse to measure my length during recovery. Measuring during recovery just messes with your mind.
I'm early in recovery. If the steady visual growth of my flacid length is a good indicator I'll be a happy man.

Yes, I had a catheter but it wasn't that bad.
Some discomfort, but remember you are under ALOT of sedation at the time, you won't notice the burning feeling at first, but you will feel it for about 3-5 days(At least for me)
- I have also read that when doing the first pumps it hurts a lot, any trick to reduce when I have to do the inflations and that it doesn't hurt so much?
Remember, you will be semi-inflated for about a month or so as you heal, you will go back to the your Doctor to do your first Full inflation.
It really did hurt on my first inflation.
Although, I made a mistake on my first day and I inflated to "rock hard" and it did hurt.
Just go easy at first, it will get easier
- Is it true that to avoid damaging the implant early, it is better to avoid wild sex?
Not for me, the wife and I were banging it out hard at 5 weeks.
Everything I could do before, I could do now.
No restrictions.
I haven't damaged anything.
- Is it true that if they have to remove the implant due to failure or infection, they cannot remove the reservoir?
That I don't know
Although, obviously it would have to be removed if it was defective.
Talk to your Doctor.
- Do you inflate the implant to masturbate?
Kind of, here's what I know.
Those cylinders implanted in your body will always be making things "bigger" in other words, you could submerge yourself in Ice water for 5 minutes and coming out of it you will see the same size as to when you went in it.
The envy of every man!
So even deflated you could probably still masterbate to some degree.
- Can you lift weights and go to the gym without a problem after the implant?
I've hiked, mountain biked , lifted weights, swam and did whatever I wanted to.
No restrictions.
-Is it necessary to avoid any sexual position that could damage the implant?
I've had no problem whatsoever in any position.
- How reliable is the stretching test that some doctors do before surgery to verify how long the penis will be after the imp
I didn't do this test, sorry.
I just knew my original size
You WILL be smaller at first, don't panic.
Cycling religiously will get you back in a few months.
I lost a little less than an inch after implant I regained it all back in 6 months.
Best wishes

Thank you very much for telling me about your experience, friend. I appreciate it a lot. Could you tell me the difference between penoscrotal and infrapubic surgery? I personally prefer the infrapubic...
The issue of the reservoir worries me because I am only 31 years old and if I have the surgery I will surely have to have 3 or 4 more implants so I am worried about having so many in there, also I am quite skinny and I don't know if it shows, thanks again.
The issue of putting something in my urethra personally causes me incredible burning, in fact unbearable, so if I could not put a urethral catheter I would prefer it, but well, I'll discuss it with my doctor.

Re: Doubts about implant
I had many of the same doubts. Now that I am implanted I am very very Happy. If you have ED this will fix that My wife just loves it She could never cum multiple times before, now it is at least twice and sometimes three times per session.
This has been one of the best choices I have ever made, even with all the pain and all. Now 2 months post op I do not even think of it.

Re: Doubts about implant
It's common to insert a catheter whenever a person is under anesthesia for surgery.
Otherwise, the bladder muscles go to sleep, and there's no way to empty your bladder.
Years ago I had extensive surgery to rebuild a broken ankle.
They had removed the catheter a couple days after surgery, but I was still having trouble urinating.
I could pass a small amount, but it was building up. Finally I begged the nurse to reinsert a catheter, and she got almost a full liter of urine, much to my relief. (I almost overflowed the container she was using. LOL)
Honestly, the catheter isn't that bad.
