I did come across a guy on Twitter that had the procedure done end of last year. He's documented it in his Twitter feed, if anyone is interested. It looks pretty good, but then again, this guy has a 9 inch dick, which maybe is a bit more forgiving than us average sized guys with a device like this.

I was browsing Dr. Tajkarimi's website when I saw this procedure and was surprised to see such a (controversial) enlargement procedure. I know he is one of the top doctors in the implants industry. That's why I wanted to know if it is credible. I am not concerned about length, but rather glans enlargement and probably girth. If I can avail the funds, I will most likely go to dr. Hakky in a year or so.

It is credible as long as you understand all the pros and cons: it's expensive, it may need revisions over the years, may have complications, may eventually need to be removed entirely. It's not just a magic button that gives you a larger penis with no drawbacks.

if you want to enlarge stick to using an extender, lots of literature on them and a vacuum pump. some people are just lazy and don’t want to put in the work and they get mangled dicks as a result

You won't get much girth by using an extender or vacuum pump. Filler, Fat transfer surgery, and Penuma are the options for girth.

Dr. Taj is the man to see for Penuma, he only has a 3% (11 patients) removal rate for the device. However, unless your girth is substantially below where you want it filler would be a much safer option. You can get temporary filler first and if you like that perhaps a permanent filler down the line just make sure you have the cash.

Yeah fillers are def a good option. You won’t get crazy girth with pumping alone. Personally i did get a lot of girth gains over the years of injecting PGE1

Penuma will enhance girth and flaccid length, not erect length. Also has no impact on glans.
Please note that fillers will disqualify you from receiving a Pneuma procedure. Also, your flaccid penis will be more rigid than it currently is.
Received AMS CX 21 August 24, 2023 (on my birthday). Previously implanted with penuma aka “himplant” February 2022

Over on phalloboards, the franktalk equivalent for dick fillers + girth enhancement, Penuma is considered a horrible option with a massive complication rate relative to other options.

As someone who will be receiving filler soon, I would never touch this option, with or without my existing implant.

YMMV, and your own due diligence may indicate otherwise.
Titan OTR. Dr. Hakky - successful surgery and very happy with outcome.
My advice: choose a world-class surgeon and make yourself the healthiest you can.

I’m getting filler tomorrow morning. I’ll let y’all know how it goes. Pray for me that they don’t pop the cylinders or a hose! Praying it goes well! Should be pretty smooth.
