Should i do implant or wait?

Question to implantees: If you had mild peyronies that gradually was getting worse all the time, a few % every year which so far has led to a 15% reduction in dick volume acompanied by great anxiety about sex/confidence etc. No woman could touch/suck your dick and some sex positions e.g. girl on top is a nono. you cant masturbate more than the glans because the shaft is full of scars that get inflamed. Flaccid size has diminished aswell. Is this reason enough to get implanted even if the erection quality is good?

Im a guy who likes to see many different girls and i want to fuck as many as possible, Im thinking that implant + filler would get me back to my original girth or more + stop the size from diminishing further and to finally be able to masturbate normally and not have to be careful with my dick and tell girls they cant touch it because its damaged.. Money isnt an issue

I dont think im ready for it yet but if the peyronies continues to the point where im really starting to be disappointed about the dick size then im thinking of doing it.

If this is your situation you need to implant, according to what I could read here, the ideal implanrologist for you is hakky, so you could do the filling, if it can be done at the same time, you could negotiate a lower price

I was able to masterbate lightly within about 4 weeks. First sex was at about 6 - and as you mentioned the first few times between about 6-8 weeks were not completely pleasant. Within 3 months- there was really no pain and everything fully functional.

dont get the implant! I wish I had my impotent life back and didnt do that surgery. I am just 17 days out of surgery but have more problems than ever in my life before. An implant seems like a good option, but it s definetely not. I payed 19k euro out of my pocket and facing many problems. I would rather prefer being impotent than what my condition is now. Yes it s very early after my surgery but dealing with this shit I didnt thought it could be possible.

After implant
- you will have a rough pain level which hinder your daily life
- you will have all the risks during surgery (infection, size loss, nerve damage, over or undersized cylinders, prominent tubing, autoinflation, implant break and revision surgery) the penis is very sensible
- You cant hide an implant from a girl, and who knows how they find it
-and if you must pay out of pocket it will be a financial disaster especially when infections occur 3piece - 1 piece - 3piece

So just get an implant if your dick is really complete dead, and even with that just think about it again

It s just my opinion, I am very short out of surgery and everything can change but so far I must strongly say dont do it if you can get erections

Freshkid im sorry for your troubles. I´ve read a lot of posts here tho and many people are paniced in the beginning. I think you will change your mind about it later on as you heal and can start using the device. But yes for sure the risks are scary. If i do it I intend to do my surgery with Clavell, Hakky or Eid so hopefully they can mitigate these risks but still..

I think i can handle the pain as long as it goes away after a while. Hiding it from girls i dont think i will care about so much unless i get bad reactions regularly. But i think i could get away with it without telling them by prepumping and then doing the rest during foreplay. I know its hard for you but try to chill out for a few months and dont do anything rash. Seriously so many people seem to freak out the first month or two and then they gradually change their minds as things start working better

If you have good sensitivity and can ejaculate now. The implant should not change that. The implant will make you hard, it will not help other issues.

I had very good function, albeit getting the erection, prior to surgery and have maintained all of that. I take cialis for the glands and to help natural blood flow.

Is it 100% like a healthy blood filled 20 year old dick? No. But it is close. For it’s drawbacks it gives you the advantage of being able to stay hard anytime and as long as you want. You can continue to perform the same, even after you ejaculate. Allowing you to really focus on your partner’s needs a because you don’t need to worry about you. You can go again and again until they tap out if you want to. To me this is a big psychological boost.
