Clomid @ Sildenafil

I have read several of the posts on here about Clomid. Many were not thrilled.
I am wondering if I did not expect it to be a wonder drug could it be part of an improvement. Could Sildenafil, exercise, better diet and Clomid get me a little further before injections?
Clomid can help some with libido, testosterone and does not shrink testes but could increase size.

Clomid increased my libido, but I also believe it played a part of increasing prostate cancer at age 47. Be careful. Check with you urologist and see what he thinks!

I have been taking testosterone replacement for years including taking clomid. Testosterone injections worked by far the best to increase my libido. The reason I switched to taking clomid is that I am wanting to have a kid with my fiancé. Most testosterone replacements are like birth control and reduce your sperm count numbers. Taking clomid is really my only option right now. If you are not looking to have children I would get the testosterone injections.

I take an extremely small dose of clomid weekly (25mg) so as to avoid side effects on too high of an increase in T. Seems to help.

So the next visit to my Dr. she said she would set me up with a urologist. Now I have a little anxiety of the unknown. What does a urologist typically do when you visit them for ED issues? I was hoping I could just tell my Dr. give me Clomid to see if it works or not.

I need to get my Dr. to check Testosterone I would think before seeing the Urologist.
I need to make an official (solo) attempt with 100mg Sildenafil. My last attempt failed. Waited an hour+ after taking then tried. Had an erection that was maybe 95% but I get tired of trying since it takes longer to ejaculate. Erection down to 85%-90% during this then I give up. Not sure if penitration would turn out better or worse then my solo try.

So just an FYI.
My male FWB's that I haven't seen in about 6 months and I spent time yesterday. I took 100mg Sildenafil and had a good erection and was able to ejaculate. So it did work in all sense but not as impressive as I was hoping. The erection faded and after about 30 mins it was less puffy than I had hoped with taking 100mg. Yes, it worked and would have been considered good enough to ex wife but not how I would like to present myself to a new lady. I did not notice any nocturnal erections which was a bummer.
A successful test but nothing impressive.

Took about 8pm, without ejaculating I would have expected more erections during the night.
To add to this just for good and bad
7/25/23 Took a 20mg sildenafil before bed had several erections during night and morning wood that may or may not have worked for penitration. 7/26/23 8am took 100mg of Sildenafil to go visit male FWB's about 9:15am had almost 100% erection but failed to ejaculate and erection faded to maybe 90%.
I still wonder about Clomid and will ask about Niacin again with new Dr.

I've been on Clomid/Anastrozole for 3 months. I started on this treatment to enhance libido and erections.

My testosterone was 780 four months ago (not low for a 68 year old man) but i thought more would be better and now it is 870

My luteinizing hormone was almost zero but now has jumped to 11.8.

However this treatment has not helped my libido not one bit...it might even be worse !!!

I'm meeting with my Doctor to see what he suggests to do next.

Maybe I have a blood flow problem and Testosterone is not going to fix that ?
