Hmmm, I haven't heard anything about "risky positions". I had a bad sexual experience pre-implant (she was on top and came down hard and I heard a pop - felt like she folded me in half, which, along with aggressive stretching, may have led to my peyronies). Both urologists I've spoken to indicated the inflatable prosthesis is "practically indestructible" and to "go nuts". I'm assuming if you let your implant fully heal, there is nothing you can't do. Have you seen videos of guys doing the Perito exercise? They bend it every which way without issue. Other than my implant failure (reason unknown, but not from sex), mine gets hard as a rock and I can't imagine anything being able to "break it", and especially not reverse cowgirl.

Just my opinion - other users may have differing experiences/thoughts.

Length, angle, and flexibility at the base are factors that make both you and your partner comfortable. Some men broke their dicks during vigorous sex with the woman on top. I’ve been implanted for 14 months and since somewhere around 6 months they’re no position that I’ve ever done that I can’t now. All positions are as good or in most cases better than they have been in the last 6-8 years due to I never knew when I would go soft or not be able to get hard enough.. now, that is a non issue!

There is no restriction of position with the implant. I tried many but failed at reverse cow girl. That position itself is difficult and needs some practice. We did try that but I ended up missing and hitting my tips hard on her butt. That was painful and scary.
Rest all were fairly easy.

There exists no position i can think of that isn’t great! I tend to cum easiest with in missionary or girl face down, flat on her belly (anal). Those are positions where i can best kiss her, which turns me on = cum easier.
