hi, Dr. Karaman during the surgery inflates the prosthesis to about 50%, and leaves it swollen for 40 days (I admit it is not comfortable, but I notice that unlike many others I read on the forum, using this technique my penis it healed already ready to pedal, and when on day 41 I started pedaling, it didn't hurt at all, instead for many on this forum I read that the first few times they pedal they feel a lot of pain, I don't at all)

Hi, yes if you want to contact me in private. You can find very little on this site because Rigicon, even if it is American like the others, has just recently launched its products in America (from what I read on the net) and furthermore another doctor that I contacted in Turkey, Kadioglu, asked me for 7000 euros with Titan (only operation, no hotel, interpreter or drivers) 7500 euros with AMS 700 LGX and 7700 euros with Rigicon infla 10 AX because it is guaranteed for life. So unfortunately Titan is the one they have been marketing the longest and costs the least, so the doctors have better agreements with the company and use that one. And this site being full of Americans etc, you are less likely to meet patients with Rigicon. But I don't really care what the others do, I've done my own research, rigicon is 4 layers instead of 3 like the competitors, it's guaranteed for life instead of 5 years like the competitors, so I don't care if the others put titan, I prefer a product guaranteed for life to one guaranteed for 5 years, even if it costs slightly more. Otherwise I'm fine now, everything works perfectly and I'm satisfied. If you want to contact me in private, no problem.

I am also trying to look into doctors who do the infrapubic incision, because i read online it heals faster (2 weeks vs 6 weeks in some cases), but still not sure what's the best option. Any insights of why you chose that specific doctor are welcome

it was cheaper but there was a hotel, interpreter and driver to add. And the hospital where he operated wasn't bad, but it wasn't as beautiful and big as the one where Karaman operates. I have a lot of questions specifically for you, since you are the only person i see in this forum who got this brand of implant and with this doctor. Also you are similar age to me. So actually your answers could influence my decision.

If you don't mind i will ask them in the public thread for now (but if you prefer to answer something i private i don't mind also).

I will actually enumerate them because they are a lot of questions:

1- I spoke with Karaman's assistant. He told me Dr Karaman does not speak english. This is a little bit worrying for me. Do you not feel it is necessary to communicate with the doctor directly? Do you feel all your questions were answered genuinely?

2- Did you have further consultations with the doctor after the surgery? or you just got in there and went out the day of the surgery and never came back again?

3- If you had to do this process again, would you choose the same doctor? or would you do anything differently in general?

4- How satisfied are you with your sex life after the implant, from 0 to 100%?

5- Regarding the "life warranty", i asked the assistant on whatsapp. His answer did not convince me. He told me only the device is covered, but not the surgery. So then i asked, how much does a new surgery cost? He was not able to give me a direct answer. But imagine, if you spent for example 9000 euros, but the device costs only 1000 euros, and the rest is hospital, doctor, hotels, driver, etc. In reality the warranty does not make a big difference (this is my imagination, because he did not give me a direct answer). I asked what is the real cost of a surgery if there is a warranty case and his answer was "i don't know because we never had such case". But it is obvious because the device is too new and does not have a long track record. But for me this answer is a red flag actually regarding the warranty. I will probably investigate more before making a decision about it.

6- If you are with a new partner now, let's say a casual woman that you just met, would she realize you have an implant?

7- Are your erections very hard, or soft-ish? I see from the other models people usually say titan is harder than AMS. And they do not recommend boston scientific implant that extends in length if you have a big penis, because it is too "soft" and then the erection will be not hard enough. But i have no idea about the infla 10 AX if it's a very hard erection or not

Hello daridima, I tried to reply by DM but it won't let me, could you give me an email so you can help me? I'm in the same situation as discovernew... if you don't mind I'll ask my questions in this post...
My doubts would be:

- Have you noticed a difference in size before and after surgery? How much?

- How difficult is it to inflate the implant?

- Does it bother you on a daily basis? For example, sitting for a long time, riding a motorcycle, running, going to the gym and lifting weights?

- How would you rate the first 3 times you used the implant? And do you think the other person enjoyed it?

- How much did the implant cost you in Turkey? Would you recommend it? I am currently in Spain and it costs me 16k euros, money that I do not have, so I would think about doing it there.

- If you had surgery in Turkey as you do with checkups, how was the postoperative period with your doctor?

- Could you tell me a website where I contact the clinic or doctor?

- Have you had complications with the implant since it all started?
