We talk a lot about size here, because we are men, but we don't talk much about aesthetics.

Do you guys feel the look and visual sex appeal of your penis has suffered at all, because of the implantation?

I know it's ridiculous for me at almost 50 to worry about, Vanity doesn't age well with men. But the thing is I was never a good looking guy, I'm petite (think Niles Crane) 5'8, slender shoulders, 145 lbs, lost my hair in my 20's. The only compliments I got from women is they thought I had a pretty penis. And it wasn't big either. Maybe 6 inches in it's prime and more like 5 1/2 for most my life. But maybe it is well proportioned.

I've seen some really good looking penises after implantation, but some not so much. One thing that upsets the presentation is a really prominent pump. And tubing

And also I've seen some penises in galleries that look dead. Like dead dicks on a stick

This is the sort of thing that stresses me out. Some people think about global warming, others struggle to put bread on the table. I think about this

My implant resulted in a great improvement in the look of things: in addition to restoring size, my surgeon suggested a scrotoplasty and I have to say this makes it look great. . .my erect penis is very straight. I am not embarrassed to be nude in the locker room, with my esthetician or doctor and with my wife.

What I'm about to say might sound crazy .... If given a choice of a normal working penis ( with all its hurdles ....whiskey dick , shrinkage, performance issues) or an implant.... I'm picking the implant. That's how happy I am with my surgery! I might be biased because I lived with ED for so long. Suffering with that anxiety, disappointment, and humiliation for about 25 years . I even lost a decade with little to no sex because of ED . I just gave up . I'm extremely happy with the performance, looks , and size of my implanted penis . I even feel superior in a way to normal men with their normal penis . The confidence I have now is unbelievable. I'm happy again. Dr. Clavell actually did 3 surgical procedures on me - implant , plaque incisions for Peyronie's disease and scrotal webbing removal. I'm incredibly pleased with the appearance of my penis now . Night and day .The Doctors doing this work and giving men like us our lives back deserve so much credit and appreciation. They fix us physically and mentally and for that I'm forever thankful.

before RP I was a grower. Now I am a shower at 5.5 " flaccid. I like to wear my dick with about 8 pumps, commando, in my summer shorts.The whole thing shows. I go to dinner weekly with 6 different widows and some old guys. One lady always gives it a look then gives me a big smile. You can make it hang any way you want. That is a definite improvement in aesthetics over shriveled and soft. I am also very slim but fit at 81. Had to chuckle when I read your Niles description.
