Fat Transfer Injections for girth

I am thinking about getting the fat Transfer injections for girth and make my shaft more oval. I have done the Urofill injection and can tell it is time for more, just don't want to keep spending the money. I heard the fat transfer last for ever.

Has anyone on this site done the Fat transfer injections? Would like to hear about.

I wouldnt recommend fat injections, i did a ton of research before going to Loria. Too many uneven results with hard lumps were the main complaints with fat injections. I think Urofill is better unless you go pmma or Loria, just my two cents.

PMMA a couple doctors in mexico use it, it’s permanent. You need 3-5 treatments to get desired girth, phalloboards has alot of info on it, kinda like here but way more trolls.

Polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA) – For more than half a century, plastic and reconstructive surgeons and dermatologist have been using medical grade PMMA mainly to fill up small wrinkles in the face (cosmetic soft tissue augmentation).

Dr loria who i went to uses a silikon 1000 mix, its fda approved for eye balls, not dicks, Loria uses a mix with silikon in it “off label”. Lorias stuff adds about 3/4 of an inch every visit and he also does the glands. I did 2 treatments, 1 in hindsight would have been fine but hey, wife seems to like it so?? Lorias is also permanent.

Silikon gets a bad reputation because some back yard users and some people in brazil went over board on it. Lorias google reviews were great, and like clavell, loria is a great dude. And, going to a usa doctor made me feel better.

I thought lack of feeling was the cause of my ED and that being thicker would solve it, my wife gets super wet… it helped for about 6 months then even with amazing sensation my dick wouldn’t stay hard. So thank god for frank talk, the implant is amazing, not sure i would have done it or if i did i doubt i would have went to clavell without this site.

Thanks for info Hog . I had asked Dr. Clavell if he did Urofill. He said he does phallofil , which I guess is the same thing. I asked if he uses it on the glans ... he said no . My implant seems to choke off good blood flow to the glans and that's why I was curious about injections in the glans. However I found out using the VED will fatten that fucker up ( glans AND spongiosum) just fine . So I'm gonna try that out . Just hit the VED for 10 to 15 minutes before sex will have that thing puffed up like a marshmallow over an open flame . It's the poor man's Urofill

LOL!! Ya that makes sense, the glands dont grow near as much as the shaft with lorias stuff. Blood flow is still super important even with the filler. I had nice size glands from the start, i dont notice a big difference. I do notice my glands are more like when you use a cock ring, they get big and tight compared to before. But i am not sure i gained any in the glands, its just way easier now to get to 100% max. But??? Glands are tuff to measure.

I hear ya on the glands blood flow, seems like if i am 75% or less inflated, glands engorge easy, fully pumped i have to be very excited to get blood flow.

Whats sex been like with the new smaller girth, 5.25 is still a good size. Does your lady notice a difference, assuming negative being smaller girth?
