There is something called floppy glands from an undersized implant, thats no good.

If your sized right the glands wont be soft feeling, they will be small and you will be able to feel the implant in your glands. For me, that was the most painful part and the blood flow into the glands made it feel better.

My guess is, your glands will hurt during sex till your fully recovered because there is no blood for extra padding … after 2-6 months you will be good to go. You might get the donut look in your shaft people talk about without good blood flow.

I had fairly good engorgement of the glans prior to implant. Immediately after implant I had very little which definitely lead to the oval shaped penis. But as the discomfort went away during the first couple months the engorgement came back. From all the research and first hand experiences, if you had no engorgement prior to implant you probably won’t have any post. But,if you had engorgement prior it will come back. Before implant I was using a rediculous amount of cialis and had descent engorgement. So, now I use 5 mg daily and I have as good engorgement as I’ve had in the last 10 years.

I had nerve damage from my prostatectomy. No glans engorgment at all. Minimal blood flow. I called it a Popsicle on a stick. At about 3 years the nerves started to repair. At 5 years my glans is pink somedays but cold and white on others. You take what you can get.

I'm 3 months post op and I'm not getting good glans engorgement. I was getting good engorgement with the tri-mix shots prior to the implant surgery. Right now my glans will be pink . The minute I try to manipulate it through sex or masturbation, my glans turn white and cold . It's like the implant chokes of the blood supply. Reading other men's experiences gives me hope that natural engorgement will return. In the meantime, I've figured out a glans engorgement cheat code, a work around. I use the VED ! I've discovered using the VED for 10 to 15 minutes will give me a bigger, rounder, more natural looking erection. By using the VED I get great engorgement in the glans, spongiosum, and outer blood vessels. It's like having temporary urofill. I cycle the VED.... I turn it on till the pressure reaches a certain level then I release. I'll repeat this maneuver for 10 minutes or more , walking my penis up the vacuum chamber., giving it a good stretch. When I'm done I have a fat , well engorged penis . Glans is swollen and red . This is a temporary condition but will last maybe a half hour . I'll continue to do this until ( fingers crossed) I can get natural engorgement back . If you try using a VED please be careful with the pressure and exercise caution. Hey Journeyman, if you pump to like 60-75%, then get turned on, does the blood flow then? Im not 100% sure but i think thats working for me, then pump to the max before entering the vag. Only noticed how full my glands were last night/ thats what i did. Way more research is needed

Sorry to belabor this as no one else seems to be using it ,but I find Misoprostol topical application will engorge glans very well and last a couple hours. Just my experience fwiw. If anyone want more info, just pm me.

I have a bit of a theory about this which may or not be true, but i've tested it enough times now to give it some creedance. When you're having nightly and morning erections not only is blood being circulated around your penis it is also stretching tissue and in turn, stimulating nerves in your glans. I'm convinced that when you use the VED to engorge your glans, its drawing blood in but giving it the same nerve simulation. I get very little engorgement but if i either 1) use the VED before hand or 2) Masturbate to completion.... ill then get better glans engorgement for about 10 - 20 mins afterwards.

Thanks for the info Watnext . I'm trying all kind of experiments on my newly implanted dick ... trying to get the best results. Like you , I don't know if the theories I'm sharing are always right but through trial and error and some logical thinking, I believe they are ( at least close) . I just observe and share . Maybe someone else is going through the same thing or they have their own theories to share ( like you just did ) . I appreciate it all. I post stuff to stimulate a conversion and share knowledge.
