Strangely enough, you e hit on one of very few things I won’t do.

I’ve posted my pic.

I’ve provided my cell phone to guys about to get surgery and then talked them off the ledge for a couple of weeks while they figured out life was going to be great.

If someone was in the area I would have no issue demonstrating it in person to somebody considering surgery. Tbh I’m not quite sure how I would tell wife what I was doing, the truth usually works…..but that might be a bridge too far.

But a video of me pumping & deflating? No. The fallout from improper use of that video would be catastrophic.

Thank you! i really appreciate your response, and i see where you are coming from, its not easy to send someone's intimate parts to anyone over the internet.
The difference between a picture and a video is that i can see how the penis changes in shape during the process (for example, the LGX is supposed to expand and theoretically the coloplast doesnt).

About my location: I am currently in Europe, but i travel all around the world so that can change next month.

Since you have the LGX, i would be very interested! Does your penis expand from flaccid to erect in length? or it stays the same in your personal case?

Have you had any problems at all since you first got implanted? Many doctors try to push the coloplast saying the AMS LGX is not firm enough or reliable enough, but as i said i trust more the patients who actually use this than the doctors.

Actually i came across that video somewhere before. I believe it is a coloplast titan. I do notice when he is flaccid, there is a bit of a "hinge" shape in his penis, I guess all titans are like that?

Another thing that i am wondering, when i have a natural erection, the angle of my penis tends to point upwards. But in the very few implant videos i've seen, all penises ive seen point slighly down. I wonder if after an implant my penis would still point up during an erection?

I'm sorry but I think you are a bit confused. You don't need to see how long it takes to inflate the implant. I have a 26cm long coloplast and I will need more time than someone with an 20cm coloplast. The larger the prosthesis, the more liquid will have to be transported from the reservoir to the cylinders. You still don't know how long it will be your implant , so what do you need it for?
You need to know how the implant inflates and deflates, not how long it takes.

You have a point, however different brands have different pumps (the guy who got the Rigicon said he can inflate in 28 seconds if i remember correctly), but the main point is to see how it looks like when flaccid and erect, if there is any hinging, the scar, etc, as i already explained before.
I already explained why i don't trust youtube.

Discover: yes, I have the LGX. It will be 4 yrs in December. It hasn’t given me a moment of trouble since installation.

Your question “does it grow from flaccid to erect?” Yes, in that regard it emulates a pre-implant cock more than any other variety I think. A bit of difference though for a guy who was a grower. Before implant I would grow from 3.5” to 6 7/8” flaccid to erect. Now I go from 5 1/2” to 6 3/4” flaccid to erect.

My surgeon really likes the 18 cm LGX. So much so that he put 5 cm of RTEs in me in order to use one. The way I’m configured really doesn’t make sense to me but it works very, very well.

I have no stability issues with this implant.

There really isn’t much to see with inflation. I’m a “a whole lot of little short squeezes on the bulb” guy. Like 75-80. I can feel it stretching me as the implant inflates. To me, it’s a physical sensation very similar to what getting an erectile felt like, whether it was a real one at 15 or an injection induced one at 50.

One caveat: if your girth > 5.5”, think twice about the LGX. I had 6” of girth pre implant. After surgery it is 5 1/2”. The Titan cylinders expand more longitudinally than the AMS, which are limited. I’m not unhappy. I didn’t lose any length to speak of (actually, .04”) but I do miss being as thick as I was.
