I agree with y’all on the full time stiff dick. I keep bumping into everything. I’ll have to wrap it up with an ace bandage tomorrow when I remove the dressing. I was implanted yesterday afternoon with a Coloplast Titan and went out to diner with my girlfriend last night. I hid it under a large shirt but it still looked like I had a diaper stuffed in the front. Drove back from Houston today and decided that I better stick around the house for a few weeks after realizing that I can’t really keep this a secret. I was in Buckeyes today in a large crowd and leaned on the counter and let out a shriek. I expect more discomfort in the days ahead but I’ve been through hell with my cock like many PRP shots VED trimix etc. I’m grateful for Dr Clavell.

Your experience reminded me of my NCOIC at my first duty station. He was tuning up his car (adjusting the timing which the engine running - this was back in the old days when cars had points, distributors, etc). He was leaning into the front fender and happened to grab a spark plug wire whose insulation was less than 100%.

The spark that was supposed to go to the spark plug in the engine went instead up his arm, through his body and to the car's fender (by way of the tip of his penis. Keep in mind that with the engine running, he did not just get a single shock, but multiples before he managed to let go of the wire.

1-month post-op

I texted Dr. Clavell a picture of my dick today and received his blessing to start cycling!!! I couldn’t contain how excited I was to receive the text, and started almost immediately. You know the very first thing I did was deflate this damned thing that’s been erect for a month.

Here are my immediate thoughts after my first inflation and deflation:

Flaccid
- It was definitely more difficult deflating than pumping, and found the deflate valve slip from my fingers more often
- My flaccid angle went down to practically 5 o clock. The length is about the same as it was in its partially deflated state, but less girth. It’s still noticeable in gym shorts so it’ll just be something I get used to for the future (not worried about this)
- Feeling my flaccid dick is strange. It feels like how you would imagine holding two silicone cylinders covered by fleshy dick would feel, with vibrations when the two run together. Not something I’m worried about either, because anyone getting close enough to my dick to feel it, would be feeling it in its erect state
- I had to pop 2 ibuprofen because of how sore it felt to inflate and deflate

Erect
- Was not difficult pumping up while lying down in bed. The only thing I didn’t know for sure was when I was 100% erect vs. 90-95%
- My erect dick sticks out at 3 o clock when standing (never possible pre implant)
- It’s so crazy, while I was standing up, my mind instinctively thought I was going to go flaccid, so I held my dick to try and stimulate it. But then I realized that wasn’t necessary at all  Just the way my brain has been programmed all these years, will have to go through some much needed de-programming..
- I was so sore (even after the ibuprofen) that I could last only 5 minutes fully inflated before needing to deflate. I’m sure that time will increase the more I cycle
- Girth looks around the same size pre-implant, length is visibly shorter. But honestly, even if I stayed at exactly the current size I would give no shits because I’m just so happy it works :D

Overall thoughts, I’m fucking ecstatic!!! Given the soreness, I’m predicting this will be at least another month or two before I feel confident using this in bed with a girl. But I don’t mind that at all because I’ll be using that time to cycle actively and train myself to be ready for game day.

Congrats on getting the green light to cycle brother. And I’m glad everything is going so well for you.
Everything seems to be on par for me also as I’m a week behind you.
I do have a question for you though….. I have kinda tried to give an extra pump to what Clavell left me at and my pump is hard as a rock. I’m a pretty strong guy and had trouble getting a pump in. I just decided I’d wait to get the green light from Clavell before I went after it hard not to risk anything. Your pump was easy to pump?

Thank you man! So happy we’ve gotten here, and I’m excited for you to start pumping too.

I’d say my pump is less hard, even 1 week post op I was able to squeeze a couple of pumps in. That being said, I’ve read a lot of posts on here talking about how the pump itself felt hard as stone in the beginning. I would ask Clavell to hear his thoughts once he gives you the green light so that you at least can go into it comfortably. It should get softer gradually over time as you keep pressing on it. I’ve heard hot showers/baths help soften the implant up as well.

Have you tried cycling in a hot bath? That makes a huge difference in the beginning. It makes the pump much softer and the deflate tabs easier to find.

No , I haven’t I’m on day 22 and as I understand I’m not supposed to submerge the wound until 4 weeks?
So I think on Monday I will text Clavell to get the green light on cycling and I think by Monday that would be close enough to the 28 days for the hot bath. The incision looks healed and closed already if you ask me.

I tried last night in the shower with 2 hands and I could hear the pump squeak so I guess I got a pump in? The second try my hands slipped and that wasn’t fun.

Ya 4 sure, I did the same at about the same time as you, that hurt. That pain is not there now if it slips, and the more you get used to it the slippage gets less and less. I use a three finger grip, the index on the top of the bulb almost pulling down slightly, then middle finger and thumb do most of the work. I would HIGHLY advise you learn to deflate first, I had a scary day at around that 3 week point where I couldn't get the deflate to work after I pumped a few pumps in and the glands started to hurt.

And like you said, wait for Clavell to give you the all clear before messing with things, the bath is great and helped a ton. I figured the deflate out no problem in the bath, darn near impossible before it.

5 weeks post-op

Have been cycling for 1-week now and it's been going well. Something immediately apparent is the noticeable increase in girth across my entire shaft vs. pre-op. Honestly, I feel bad for whoever it going to deal with this wide and hard thing stretching them open in the future :D Here are my stat changes:

Length: 6" BPEL (-0.5")
Girth: 6.25" (+0.125")

It would be nice to get the length back (and some more) but I'll keep an eye on that as I continue to cycle over the next 6 months. Cycling hasn't been too difficult, and Clavell told me to hold off on stretching just yet and keep cycling to 20-30 mins 2-3x per day. I've been sticking to his guidelines and have noticed sharp nerve pain sometimes post cycling, but nothing too bad or prolonged to keep me from cycling. The pain during cycling is a 2-4 normally and not too difficult to get through. One thing I noticed is that girth is sometimes larger than other times (despite no engorgement in either cycling session). Is this normal? It seems like the size fluctuates and might be due to the penis shrinking in response to any pain being experienced.

Moving along! I remember when I came across penile implant years ago, I used to say to myself "despite my ED, I'm glad at least it's not so bad that I need to get an implant!" Little did I know  Very happy with my decision so far. Sometimes I get an irrational fear that I might damage my pump, so I'll squeeze a few pumps to make sure it's still working. It feels like there's a lot of variables that could cause an implant to fail, so that'll run through my head at times.
