Are you feeling a lack of sensation or more mental, like your mind isn't connected to your dick? You having any pain while going at it and or are you able to make it masterbating. There are alot of posts talking about loss of sensation, seems like folks usually get that back, sometimes even as long as 6-12 months.

For me personally, Sex is way more intense now, but I have great blood flow to the glands even with the implant. I tend to start a session at about 50-60 percent pumped, that makes it easier for my glands to fill up with blood, then pump to max before going at it.
