Hey guys,

I seem to get a rounder, girthier, more natural looking shape when standing. This is even when *unaroused*.

Just when cycling, no arousement, laying down is flat oval and can feel the cylinders. Stands up and within 1s the penis becomes girthier and more rubbery and round like a natural erection.

Could this be a venous leak? Even deflated, it seems to be the same, less fluid when laying down, when I stand up seems to fill in a bit. Very confusing, but definitely noticeable.

I have positional ED. When a woman is on top, I can keep erections with pretty good glans engorgement. But when I stand up, I lose erections in a minute. Your problem might be related to positional ED (and venous leak). But I'm not implanted yet, so take my 2 cents with a grain of salt.

Appreciate the response. The issue is that, even without arousal, my implant is girthier and rounder when standing?
