Infection on Incision- Day 18

My surgeon asked me last week to start showering 3 times a day that will improve the appearance of the wound. I did shower dried and put the gel on the incision. I hope it helps. Some of the yellow stuff are sutures, turned yellow. There is no pus but the incision is discharging, still on 3rd week.

just an update, today i have pain in tubing and scrotum. Incision looks the same.

Its germany, they wont respond to their family in emergency, if they are on vacation.

I did implant 6/2023 ... went for 3 week follow up was told everything was fine .. 2 days later looked like a hand grenades' had gone off in my underwear .. everything swelled up so bad all you could see was the piss slit ... this was on thursday ..went to the ER on sat night .... they wanted to admit me but had a dog at home no one to care for him they gave me massive doses of antibiotics .. back to dr the following tues .. he kept asking if we had done something with the implant ... I told him I can barely stand to hold it to pee let alone do something with it .. he said if it is not back to normal by thursday to go to the ER .. went to the ER whole series of BS got admitted .. next day did an emergency surgery .. found no infection at all .."found suture debris and edematous midline penile shaft with induration" quoted right from the surgery report .. they cut from just under the head 1/2 way down my testicles .. spent 3 days in the hospital in the end ... it is nothing to fool with and many things can be the cause other than an infection ..

This is terrible, but it is good that at ER they did a great job. Not many doctors will accept to open up this area and fix an issue done by an implant specialist. They will just send you back to your surgeon.

no I was opened back up by the same dr. not the er dr. .. had to go through the ER crap just to get admitted to the hospital to get it taken care of ..
