Implant with Suspensory Cutting

Postby Kiawahgolf » Thu Aug 10, 2023 11:04 am

I know cutting the suspensory ligament is frowned upon due to the potential impact to erections but was curious if doing so would have any impact on an implanted penis? I don’t have any length to lose from the surgery and obviously would like to gain a little if no potential for harm. Just a thought.

Are you implanted now? The lig cut sounds like a bad deal to me… but, i have read people who get it cut and then use a traction device allegedly gain some length. If you want extra length i would recommend hanging weights and a traction device. It works but takes alot of time and dedication.

Good luck

I agree with Watnext, at least as far as the ligament. We can disagree on circumcision. ;)
No way would I consider cutting that ligament. Length won't matter when your dick's just flopping around.
Age 59. AMS 700 LGX 21cm + 2cm RTE.
Peniscrotal, 2/23.
6.25" OEM with Cialis, about 5" post-op. (11/01: Length 6.75" and girth is up to 4.75" mid shaft.) Still growing, albeit slowly. :D
Cycling daily. Hoping to get to 7". ;)

Appreciate the feedback. I am not implanted yet but was just curious if it had the same effect on an implanted penis as it does all natural.
