Does Cock Ring with IPP Improve Glans Engorgement?

It's clear from reading the posts that, after IPP surgery, some brothers retain good glans engorgement while others do not. I'm wondering, for those who have tried using a cock ring after IPP, does it help with glans engorgement? Not the ring with a VED but just a cock ring by itself?

It absolutely does yes, as does Viagra/Cialis

It does, I have no choice but to use one or I have no glans engorgement at all.

The tubing prevents placement of the ring around the base, which is a bastard.

Hoping to lower tubing upon revision.

It does but I don't like the 30 min limit, plus personally I feel it reduces sensation.

I use 20 mg Cialis daily and Misoprostol topically for a great result that lasts for 2-3 hours.

Just my personal preference fwiw.

For me it would help with the glands engorgement but I have a lot of scar tissue because of my past revisions that the ring will not stay into position , I am hoping to get a revision to fix the lost size from the infection and remove scar tissue

After my implant I have no glans engorgement. I take 100mg of sildenafil & 5mg of tadalafil daily but still no engorgement. This morning I inflated for foreplay then prior to making love I used a VED pump for three minutes, added a ring and the results were great! My wife could feel the difference inside of her and she said both my glans and shaft were bigger.

My surgeon warned against the use of a cock ring with an implant. It increases the chances of damaging the implant, according to him. What is your view on that?

I am pre-surgery and do often use a cock ring, as it increases hardness and glans sensitivity.
