I went bionic on March 2022 and it has been heaven since.

Before my cancer and prostate removal, I was a regular guy that would cum once and be done with it, but if I did have a second orgasms it would have taken a long time from the first and it did not feel as good as the first one.

Lately since July of this year, I've experienced multi orgasms . It's kind of weird for me. At first I thought it was because after 3 years of cancer, radiation and hormone suppression, I was making up for lost time.

But, since July 2023 something has changed drastically. I have been having multiple orgasms now. After I cum the first time, I still feel that amazing sensation tickle at the tip of my cock. After coming the first time, I ask my wife to keep me inside her and play around with it before she unmount me, and then all of a sudden I cum again. And if I keep thrusting, I cum again, each time stronger than before. That orgasmic sensation one feels before coming does not go away.

The most I have orgasms in one night since July has been 4 times and I could go for more but at this moment my wife needs to unmount me cause it starting to hurt her.

BUT, if I masturbate, I can only cum once. It is only via penetration I can do the multi orgasms. I find this very weird. My wife and I even did a test 3 weeks ago. She jerked me off and after coming the first time, that sensation was not there and I could not cum again in her hand, but when mounted me, I came again in about 5 minutes and kept coming until we had to stop.

I saw my urologist who did my procedure and he could not give me an answer. according to him there is no data that he could find about this. He reached out to Boston Scientific to see if they had any data from other implant patients. Have not heard back from them.

So, has anyone that has gone bionic experienced these multi orgasms as a new reality? I know there are studs out there that have been able to cum multiple times all their lives, but I am asking for those that were regular guys like me and all of a sudden they are multi orgasmic.

Trust me, I am not complaining, but I need to know if this is normal. Hope this is not a sign of some bad issue down the road. Cartman! I would say that you are the luckiest man on the planet. Post implant you describe being multiorgasmic (normally a female type trait) and experiencing heightened pleasure. Perhaps because you don't have any "expulsion" of ejaculates with your prostate removal it has been replaced by these new sensations?? I sure hope so. That would mean that there is hope on my horizon. I'm going bionic next month 2 years post RP. Are you doing anything special or different to get to place of bliss?

What was the order of your treatments? What kind of hormone therapy? Did you do pelvic floor exercises?

One thought was that your hormone therapy might have altered your system to be more "female" as android912 observed. This could suggest that, as your hormone levels return to your "normal" state, this multi-orgasmic status might abate. On the other hand, there are reports of men who learned to control their orgasmic responses and learned to be multi-orgasmic.

I had my RP 4 years ago and implant 2 years ago. With frequent PIV, oral and hand stimulation orgasm intensity and duration has greatly improved. My recovery time to repeat orgasm has shortened from over a day, to twice a day, to three times a day. Certainly haven't experienced multiple near-event orgasms you've described. I'll opine that you should 'stay the course' and enjoy the best of what's possible. "Hello Android912, I did almost the normal thing that countless guys have done once they went bionic, I had to wait 6 weeks before clearance to engage in sex. Once that started, it was normal as before, nothing extraordinary. I was happy to get back to my old self (before my surgery). I unfortunately had to do radiation after removal cause my margins still showed cancer cells. Being that my Gleason score was a 9, my oncologist did not want to mess around and started me with radiation almost immediately. I did do the Leuprolide injection "Lupron" (2) and the daily Bicalutamide (Casodex) pills. These brought my testosterone to zero. The battle was that after my treatments, it took a longtime before my testosterone started to rise. My oncologist refused to have me start testosterone treatment (shots) cause of the history in my family and my Gleason score. So, it took almost 3 years to get almost back to normal. That would put us at the beginning of this year. My testosterone is steadily going up to currently 328 ng/dL and the Testosterone, Free is at 65.9 pg/mL. Nothing to write home about, these numbers are a little low but a major improvement.

I take a daily 7mg time release Cialis first thing in the morning and when I know I am going to have sex, I pop a 20mg Cialis an hour before. I avoid alcohol that day. Again, everything was just normal......

Then in mid July, we had our planned date (we have to plan it cause we still have a college age son living with us) and things progressed like many times before, but I did feel something I did not feel before, my testicles were more sensitive. Once I started to pump up (I do up to 25 pumps) I notice my testicles more alive (if you will). Since my prostate removal, they have been just hanging there with really no feeling, just the sack where my pump goes. But this day, it felt different. Once I came, I could not stop the feeling of cumin again. Like I mentioned before, I asked my wife to not stop and I ended up cuming 3 times.

My main concern was that this is not a normal occurrence, I went to see my urologist and he did a manual check and there was no bump in my testicle sac. Cycling:

First April 2022 to October 2022 I started cycling 3 times a day.

November 2022 to March 2023 cycling twice a day. (Here is the kicker I did not mentioned before) Being that I wanted to gain back a little of my length and girth that I used to have. I was looking into getting a pump. My doctor recommended for me to talk to Boston Scientific Rep and get their clearance and she said NO PUMP, but to masturbate daily, that does not mean that I had to masturbate to orgasm but to get it to a point that once I am fully erect and jerk off for a few minutes, I grab the base of my penis with the palm of my hand and bend the rest like if my penis was a gear shift. Believe it or not, after a few weeks of doing this daily I was back to my old length and girth. This also includes the daily cycling (twice a day). No floor exercises were necessary. Have not had leakage issues since my recovery

My latest blood work shows Testosterone at 328 ng/dL and my Free Testosterone is at 65.9 pg/mL. Both not ridiculously low but going up slowly. No Testosterone shots. Just organically letting it rise as I go along. I am walking 5 miles a day and this has helped.
