Pre Implant VED Size VS Post Implant Pumped Up Size

Hi Guys,
I'm about a week and a half away from having an implant installed and I was just wondering if any one had compared their pre-implant VED size with their after implant size? I've been using a vacuum device for about 3 months prior to my surgery and under full vacuum I'm measuring about 15 cm in length. Is this length close to what the final length that I might expect after the implant surgery and regular cycling could be? Just trying to get an idea of what a likely or possible final length might be...

I'd like to thank all you guys that have posted on this site...sharing your experiences has really helped me to decide to do this and I'll be glad to share mine as well if I think I can help someone out.

I initially lost around an inch, but gained it back with regular cycling in about 3 months.
I'm now a bit over my original length and girth, and still gaining very slowly.

Welcome to the site. This can vary so no real way to tell. Ballpark is you may not be as big as VED size. I am not as big as my biggest pre op VED size. That was just a bit larger than my healthy natural youth size. Some of it has to do with glans engorgement. I have a little glans engorgement with stimulation but sometimes with cycling not so much. I am now about 1" under max VED size prior to surgery and about 3/4" under my max healthy youth size. So a bit of that loss is from loss of engorgement. I did have size loss from ED and doing nothing about it for 10 years. I did VED therapy for 6 weeks prior to surgery.

I think I am at least an inch to an inch and a half larger with the Ved than without.
