Hi all,
Does anyone have experience with the ambicor two piece inflatable. It’s just the cylinders and pump, no reservoir. It only takes 5 pumps to get to max hardness when compared to the three piece which takes around 30 sounds very impressive. It doesn’t have the exact same hardness as the three piece but isn’t far off from what I’ve read

Hey man,
Also a young guy on a probable path to an implant. From my research on ambicor, it doesn’t seem to stand up (pun intended) to three-piece implants or malleables. The design is decades old and it contains less saline in it because of the absence of a reservoir, meaning it doesn’t get as hard. I personally won’t consider it if I decide to pull the trigger on an implant. I’m leaning towards a 3-piece.
I have always been interested in doing muay thai but if I got an implant I would speak to my surgeon to get his opinion on doing contact sports post-surgery. I’m inclined to bite the bullet and just avoid contact sports after an implant. Not ideal but I’d rather not risk my ability to get hard.

Check everything. The persistence of jelq damage could be related to chronic inflamation and pelvic distress which would be better to treat before going for a surgery. Starting (very) early you have more cumulative chances of infection in your lifetime. Reducing risk factors sound sensible to me.

Just to chime in a bit regarding the NHS, if you go down that route.
Here is my NHS journey so far viewtopic.php?t=21220
To cover yourself, you might want to get a VED (vacuum device) and injections from the urologist. Free on NHS.
Once you have them and you are not happy with them, you could then get referred by your GP directly to UCLH hospital.
Some nurses are likely to sell you disaster implant stories or at least try this, try that, try, try, but at the UCLH, if the injections
don't work they know your dick is twated.
Getting Dr Ralph is another matter. You can also book an appointment with him privately for about £300.
Good luck with your journey bro

So I’m set to do another Doppler with a higher dose of caverject this week as the 10mg only resulted in a 70% erection. If the results are bad my doctor will refer me to get a cavernosography done. He’s saying from that they can see if it’s only one leaky vein and if that’s the case then vein ligation is the go to option. In the meantime I’ve lost size I need to get a pump.
I’ve been declining too many chances to have sex and it’s frustrating me on a different level.
I’m still in 3 minds about which implant to get if it comes to it: 3 piece ambicor or malleable. Even though the 3 piece is the hardest the reservoir isn’t appealing and it has the shortest lifespan.

I’ve been reading this forum for quite some time now. I’m 22 years old from the UK. I injured my penis doing jelqing like an idiot a year ago. Since then I’ve only been able to achieve a 70% erection max, this is while laying on my back. If I change position it fades very quickly and attempting to get an erection while standing is out of the question. There was also a thin dark vein that developed on the underside of my penis since I done this jelqing. I haven’t woken up with an erection in over a year and I have noticed my penis losing girth. I’ve tried 20mg cialis and 50mg viagra but they hardly improve my erection quality.
I decided to get it checked out with a private doctor who referred me to get a Doppler ultrasound and mri done. I was injected with 10mg caverject for the Doppler. I could only get to a 65% erection with this and it faded straight away. The person doing the Doppler told me that my blood flow going into my penis was good but I had too much outflow which makes sense as I can’t keep an erection. I meet with my doctor next week to discuss the results.
I am in very good shape and workout regularly, my problem is 100% not hormonal. My doctor also told me to get a blood test done which I will do even though I see it as a waste of time.
I wanted to get some advice from some younger people (under 40) who have gone through with this and what their experience with putting it to use has been like. I have read some guys complaining on here about their implants deflating during rough sex and that they have to pump it up again is this true for the majority of people with the implant or is that just a one off malfunction?
Given that I am from the UK, I will opt for the NHS route should I decide to go ahead with the implant. I’ve heard Dr Ralph is the best. Has anyone here had this procedure done with him?
Given my age I don’t want to have to deal with this problem for long. I also don’t want to go through the prime years of my life, where I could be developing myself, spending silly time researching different ways to cure ed. So far from what I’ve read pills injections and the implant are the only approved treatments. I get quite a lot of female attention so having this problem really frustrates me. Any feedback and advice would be much appreciated. Thank you.
I have had venous leak since 20-21. I am now 26 and thinking about an implant. I really regret all these years stopped.
