Sack pain from deflate/inflate

Postby Zenmasterdj » Sat Aug 19, 2023 11:28 pm

Hi guys
If you have seen my posts over the last few months, you know I have been kinda going through it although i kinda feel comfortable that these things are not unique to me.

I started off with the inability to deflate. So my cock stayed hard for 9 weeks total after surgery. Not fun.

Then I finally got deflated and my button got "stuck" the first time I got in enflated. Thought I was going nuts because I was pretty sure I was hitting the button correctly the whole time. Turns out i was.

I think the problem is that my skin on my balls is too thick. This leads me to have to kinda push the skin around until I get to the thinnest part of my skin and then push as hard as I physically can. The ball is a two hand job. (My forearms are killing me actually lol)

So, I assume these things will soften up soon, (At least I hope so) but the one thing I have to figure out now is what to do about the skin. Because honestly, it hurts pretty bad. Squeezing the heck out of it will do that.

Anyone got a home remedy or suggestion? I would really appreciate it.

Hey Zenmaster, I’m sort of going through a similar experience as you. I’m in Thailand and last week contemplated seeing a doctor in Bangkok to help me deflate it as I couldn’t manage to do it myself and had a 3 day boner. It was super annoying but because I saw my doctor deflate it right in front of my eyes then I knew for sure it was possible to do this, it wasn’t a device problem it was a technique problem.

Since it’s still somewhat sensitive down in the ole nutsack and kinda has been my whole life, it takes a bit of a mental battle to do this deflation. I start to get frustrated and my mind wanders into an abyss of scenarios where I simply will never figure it out and this was all a huge mistake. For context this literally happened to me 10 minutes ago.

Okay so then it’s time to reassess the situation. What do we know? The device works. It’s possible to deflate it because I’ve done it before and so has the doctor. I had Guns N’ Roses playing in the apartment and i quickly began to realize the beat and temp of listening to this type of music while I’m frustrated and pissed off with a boner wasn’t helping the situation.

I switched the music on YT to a solfeggio frequency that is meant to induce a calm & relaxed state of mind, which of course then calms the body. Within 3 minutes of putting the music on I was able to fully deflate it and now I can go about my day here in Bangkok.

Final observation: this is a mental challenge more than a physical one and can be overcome just like anything else.

You’re really still early in the process. I had a very easy go of it and was able to inflate and deflate by two weeks but my sac got really sore with all the pinching and pulling! And yes the pump is very hard to squeeze at first. By the 5-6 month you will notice a significant difference in break in and things get toughened up in the old sac! I truly feel it’s a combination of three things. One, the pump gets softer as it breaks in. Two, the implants themselves get softer so easier to pump up. Three, you build strength in your hand muscles as you pump every day for therapy. Just give it time. By 6 months things will smooth out a lot! By 8-10 months it will be as natural as it ever was and easy and convenient.

Finding and pushing the deflate button was a pain for me until almost 5 months. The first two times I inflated I couldn't find the button for nothing. First time I worked so hard my sack was red sore and had to go to doc to get deflated. Two weeks later same thing. Around 3 months it was getting easier but still sore. Even now if I press in the wrong place on my sack it smarts.

It was initially a struggle for me, too (just started inflating/deflating about a week ago), but here's what worked for me: Take a hot bath, just like they say to do, but don't try the inflate/deflate while in the bath. I was slipping not gripping and hurting myself. I wait until I'm out and toweled off. Then I give it a few more minutes and do my thing. I find that it's easier to keep my grip on the ball and also easier to find the deflate button/bars on my Coloplast Titam Classic. Also easier for me to do it when I'm standing up. If I deflate right afterwards, like five minutes later, it's all good. If I wait an hour or two, I put the heating pad on it for five minutes to make my sack (which is also pretty thick) drop down and slacken a bit, and then give it a shot.
