You are in good hands with Dr Clavell, might be a good idea to get a CT scan done?

Keep us updated, and if I am correct, you did a lot of VED with your implant? I am wondering if this contributed to what has happened?

VED quite a bit . I wonder about that too . Did I over do it ? At the time of the " pop " I had just finished with the VED and was doing the " Perito " exercise. Kinda bending it side to side, up and down . Then the pop and a jolt of pain . Now I treat my dick like unstable dynamite. Really being careful . Last night I pumped up and was moving it around, testing it out .Pulling to the right - no problem . Pulling to the left - I little stiff , a little pressure in the crus but I thought that maybe it was getting better . Pulled a little further to the left ... " OW ! FUCK !!!" ...Jolt of pain. So here I am today posting about it cause it has me worried. These devices are so simple that logically you should be able to figure it out . I have no idea what I'm experiencing.

So approximately a week ago, as I was doing my cycling routine, I felt like a pop and a jolt of pain in the area of the crus . Since then , when I inflate, I feel a pressure towards the back of the cylinder ( left side only ) . I can move my erection to the right no problem but if I try moving it left, it feels restricted and starts to get painful the more pressure I apply . I was hoping this was a fluke and would resolve itself but that's not happening. I keep wondering if the back of the left cylinder could slip out of the crus . I'm not sure how that works on the back half of the implant. Is there a pocket that the cylinders sit in ? I was looking at penis anatomy, implant images on Google and still don't have an answer . I see the crus and the root but don't know if it's a pocket the cylinders sit in . In my head , that's what it feels like ..... a cylinder outside of where it's supposed to be nestled in. When I say it "popped " the best analogy I can use to describe it is if you ever had a joint lock up and forced it straight. It'll pop with a jolt of pain which is what it felt like in the crus . I'm getting to the point of contacting Dr. Clavell about it . I'd like to hear anyone's thoughts on it . Has anyone else experienced anything like what I'm describing ? Do the cylinders sit in a pocket and can theoretically slip out ? If so can it be fixed manually or am I looking at a surgery to get it fixed ? I'm totally lost on this one .

Journeyman, I'm not real knowledgeable about the problem you are having, but I looked it up and did some research. The article I'm attaching talks about the corporal body is perforated due to dilation. I hope you don't have a perforated crucal, but it shows how it is repaired. Maybe it's just pulled or strained and needs some time to heal. Maybe Cavell can tell you what to do, to see if it will heal.

I just read the attached article you sent with the illustration . After seeing the illustration ... That's kinda what I was describing , how it felt internally. Like the left cylinder is out of place and restricted. Now I'm seriously worried about a revision. Thanks again for doing the research and forwarding the info ! I know me and I would've waited another week or two before contacting the Doc. Now it has more urgency.

Sounds like you need to get with a doctor and find out what is going on. I do have some info that I think you will find helpful. First of all the Crus is very strong and I was told it would not be dislocated. The doctor that did my repair said It was strong enough to lift me by. Next is that I was leaning hard to the left (could be right depending on which side the perforation is on) as a pic I posted on this thread viewtopic.php?t=19565&p=179302#p179302 Shows. The left cylinder was unsupported and cause the left angle and was this way when I awoke in recovery from my first surgery. It was difficult to find positions that I could have sex as it was very difficult to impossible to straighten. But I did have some fun with it during the 3 years it took to get someone to do a repair. The sling repair in the link posted above was done and the same original cylinder was used. Just pulled out the proximal end of my lest cylinder and did the sling (stirrup) repair. Then it was put back in. The incision was horizontal as shown in the link above but mine was smaller. I could feel a big difference in the right and left cylinders. You can lay on your bed or the floor and bring your knees up with your feet together. Then spread your knees out ward. My left cylinder was much shallower than my right cylinder at the proximal end. This is how the doctor wanted me on the exam table for his students to feel the differences in the cylinders. The CT scan image shows the difference in the 2 cylinder tip locations. In my case the sling repair just reduced the pain and left angle about 50%. I had it for 3 years as I said before the repair. I still have to be careful or I will have a lot of pain for a day or so after sex.

So an update..... After a sleepless night , I composed a long text to Dr. Clavell this morning describing in detail what happened to me and what I was experiencing. I shared some of your opinions on my injury . He said it was unlikely I had a " proximal perforation ." I would feel extremely undersized on the left side if that was the case . His suspicion is that I pulled a muscle on the pelvic floor and am sensitive in that spot .He recommended taking it easy and resting it for several days. He said if I was worried, I could obtain an MRI. After our conversation , I'm a little more relaxed. I don't have any size loss . A pulled muscle makes sense to me . I didn't know that was a thing . We've all pulled muscles in our lives and after he told me that , It does feel similar to a pulled muscle. Maybe it's the placebo effect but now my mind is right . Not fearing a revision surgery in my near future, I'm gonna just take it easy and let it heal . I appreciate everybody's thoughts, opinions and well wishes. I'll keep you updated.... thanks again.
