If you want to do the Perito exercises that's at your discretion but just by watching how they are performed I can confidently say your dick is not meant to be bent and folded in a bunch of different directions like that. While it may break apart scar tissue and allow more cylinder expansion It may also break apart healthy tissue.

I agree . I never bent my dick in half like Perito demonstrates in his video. I kinda did a half- Perito if you will . Flexing it in all directions. I did more because I was hoping to stretch the right corpora. That was the side I had the Peyronie's scarring . Dr. Clavell did plaque incisions and straightened it out pretty good , however, when I pump up to 100% , the left cylinder expands farther than the right cylinder causing a slight curve . I was hoping by stretching that right corpora, I could straighten out my erection even more . At the base of the right cylinder for 2" , it feels like ribs as it bends over , restricted by the damaged corpora. You ever seen corrugated pipe ? That's a good visual for how it feels to me . When I deflate to about 80% + , all these issues are resolved ( curve, ribs ) . My erection straightens out and the ribs are virtually gone . That doesn't stop me from experimenting....

Dr. Clavell just texted me again and reiterated that he doesn't believe I perforated. He went on to say he's never heard of that happening from someone cycling. He said that usually only happens " intraoperatively." I looked it up so you wouldn't have to  ...it means " happens or is done during a medical operation."

I believe EID says the implant should buff out these peyroines plaques on their own you just have to give it time for the 20 psi of the inflated implant to straighten your right corpra out. Of course you can do Perito exercises to expedite the process but just be careful if you do.
