Trimix Gel or Cialis for glans engorgement

Has anyone used Trimix Gel post-implant for glans engorgement?

Does it work only to get blood into the glans or some blood also enters the shaft?

I used to get pretty good blood flow a week before surgery with Cialis and silicone ring..so I am hoping will have some corpora tissue intact.

Considering daily Cialis or Trimix gel...or a combination maybe?

I was advised 5mg Cialis daily and 20mg on day of sex. Works very well.

I have used the Tri mix gel and Cialis. Hit or miss for me. Usually a miss but everything is worth a try.

First I will say Cialis did very little if nothing for me as a treatment for ED before surgery and the same with Trimix corporal injections. As generic Cialis and Viagra are now available at low cost I would try that first. A lot less expensive and easier than the Trimix. There can be side effects with both of course.

I have also used both Trimix and Cialis for blood circulation to the glans. Not sure either made a big difference but I still take a (generic) Cialis 45 minutes or so before "showtime".... Last refill at Publix $18 for thirty 20mg pills.

I use trimix gel with great success post implant. It was suggested here on FT a year or so back when I found it and called Eid immediately. It swells my Glans and also helps round and thicken my shaft. It looks like I have my teenager cock. I was post prostate removal and had no engorgement or swelling unless I injected. Pills did nothing for me. But the gel is really very impressive.

Ive tried Cialis prior to surgery and few times after I got the all clear a few weeks ago. At 15mg very little benefit.

I got the Trimix when Inwas cleared. Instructions on dosage says to work with .05ml increments with .1 ml being standard............. I almost took myself to the ER. The burning sensastion was FUCKING HORRIBLE. Took Oxy for the pain.. took a few hours for it to go away. Told my doc and said it might have been my sensitivity.

Did Trimix injections prior and had achiness with a slightly less than standard dose....

POINT BEING?? START OF WITH THE BARE MINIMUM
Don't be like me and try it first while trying to have sex with my girl only to end up curled up in the corner crying....

Have used Cialis for a long time pre-implant. If I remember Cialis takes longer to work and also stays in the body longer(36 hrs) as claimed by some.

My concern was that Trimix might just work on glans. Cialis obviously is a whole body effect and for prolonged period.
