I've actually just started doing traction again today. I feel like I felt it stretch out the plaque which is hopeful. I was doing it originally but then stopped. Maybe thats what made it worse I have no idea anymore whats good or bad for it
Thing is I do have very bad ED. Those photos are like a quick second shot before it collapses.
I will be getting an implant out of necessity it seems but going to keep up with traction, ved, cialis to give me best results when it comes.

man i'm 32 years old..i was much better than you..in 4 years i spent 20 000 to treat my fibrosis..but it didn't help..i still had reliable erections with the pills but the pain and curve prevented me to have sex whenever I wanted it..I switched to a titan..I can't tell you how it will be..I've been out for 8 days..the pain is starting to grow compared to the first few days..but yesterday I was with mine girl and stroking her I still felt the blood rise in my cock and an excitement equal to the one before .. I am confident that it will be wonderful if it goes as it should go ... don't think about it and switch to an implant these years will not come back and they are the most beautiful of our life

Agreed. I'd like some length back ideally too - not sure if possible.

Man some days I feel like vanishing. This sucks lol.
If I could leave it alone and not think about it, I'd be ok until I can gather the funds or such to have surgery.
But it's first thing on my mind when I wake up, like "is it still shrinking cause its not working"? "feel bumps inside my penis, hourglass getting worse"
Not sure if what I'm doing to remedy it is helping or not. Propper mind fuck.
Not sure where to turn anymore.

Been there. Just keep at traction. What traction device are you using and for how long? Are you using a VED consistently every day?
I might get experimental and do a little light jelq and clamping. But that's me, still traction and VED are pretty safe.

i would say my dick was in a similar state to yours, possibly even worse. I shrunk from close to 8 inches to barely 4 and with a 90 degree dorsal bend I was unable to have intercourse.
Had my implant in Feb 2022 by Michael Fraser, and it has changed my life. Its not perfect, as I am a little undersized but it is amazing. I am now seeing Ralph via the NHS and any further surgeries will be done by him.

Implanted by Mike Fraser in feb 2022 due to a 80 degree dorsal curvature. 18cm Titan - way undersized. 8’ pre Peyronies, 6’ pre implant - currently 6’.

It's been good man. Having sex whenever I want now, mostly learned to conceal the implant. It has some downsides for sure but being able to have normal sex really makes life worth living again, at least for me.
What would you say are the downsides besides the obvious (revisions, dog-earring, potential embarassment from explaining to partners lol)? Are there any small things that people may not have thought about before getting the implant that kind of make you go "huh, wish I knew about that before going through with this"?
I still haven't found a comfortable way to go swimming in a bathing suit. The deflated Titan is basically like a mini-boner, concealable in more substantial clothes but not so much in a wet bathing suit. Doing cardio is also a little weird for the same reason, the stiff dick kinda bangs around down there while exercising instead of hanging limp like a non-implanted dick would.
Dang man, that sounds pretty irritating. I'd heard the flaccid implants can be stiff at first but tend to soften up over time--any thoughts on whether yours is going to continue to soften up?

I don't think mine will get softer, mostly because a lot of the hardness is caused by scar tissue squeezing one of the implant cylinders. Maybe on a revision I could get that scar tissue cut out
Early 30s with ED for years from penis enlargement stretching and jelqing. Implant by Dr Eid on 24 June 2021 with a Titan 24cm with +1cm RTE on one side and -1cm cut off on the other side

Why don't you use traction device? I saw people correct curvature with traction.

I'll echo the traction recommendation. If you can still get good hard erections I wouldn't do an implant. See if you can get a Xiaflex injection to the plaque then just traction the hell out of it and don't stop and allow the scar to form again. Dedicated stretchers I've seen completely correct their curvature. There are a ton of good stretchers on the market. Look at TLC tuggers. They are mostly for men trying to grow/regain lost foreskin, but they have a version that is designed just for stretching/elongating the penis, and if you have foreskin it should be easier to wear the device. To me that particular brand of stretcher would work more on the distal shaft where your bend is located better than some of the other versions out there, and it's easy to wear it more stealthily since they have a leg strap attachment and you just tug down the leg. I'm sure any brand stretcher will work though.
50 yrs old. E.D. issues started around age 35, combo venous leak/testicular failure. Bilateral testicular implants for severely atrophic testes. Implanted 6/11/20 Dr. Kramer LGX 21cm + 1.
