it's been 7 months now, I can feel and see the tips, they reach the end of the glans, both flaccid and erect, only when standing up does the glans swell a little and you don't feel it, I think this situation will not change, neither over time nor with cycling, the annoyance remains, only during coitus do I have no problems, are there users here who have received an implant and believe that their tips are too far forward of the glans? to the point that they bother? Mine felt like that at times early on, I started ved use and that seemed to help also maybe take something to increase gland action.
Its still early for you give it time.

It looks like a little bit of oversizing. Getting a few millimeters in length is the only solution that I can think about. Cycling can still gain you some length for the next 5-6 months. Using a VED (after consulting with your doctor) isn't a bad idea in your case.
Does it feel painful or what kind of annoyance you have? If it is painful, the other thing you can do is not inflating to the max when you don't need to.

I feel the tips like nails or thorns, annoying, not painful, but this discomfort influences sexual intercourse, to the point of making it less pleasant than it should be, I never inflate during sex, I add more pumps during sex, otherwise it bends , inflated to the max only during cycling

I have the exact same. I was told that I was oversized a little to ensure maximum size by my doctor. The tip protrude out when cycling and also in flaccid state. When I am aroused and there is good glans engorgement, it is less of an issue.
I had met Dr. Eid after my surgery (he could not do my surgery as he fell ill) who showed concern over this oversizing of mine. He felt that this might start poking and hurting the girl while having sex. But till now I haven’t been told by the girl that it pains her. I have specifically asked her this question cos I was and I still am a little worried about it. But I find that with good glans engorgement (cialis helps) I hardly feel the tips.
Having said that my actual surgeon Dr. Cordon who is trained by Dr. Eid himself told me that this is a non-issue and that at my age and healthy tissues I should not have any issue.

So right now I am enjoying what I have but I also keep an observation on the tips. I was told by Dr. Eid that if they start protruding out, I may have to undergo a cylinder replacement surgery. But with my experience of last 5 months, I am hopeful that the possibility of that is very less.

Well . . . I chuckle with the comment on who cares about a flaccid cock . . in my case i was a grower and although very pleased with not having ED, i miss having a flacid, soft fleshy dick that hides away. I social dance, salsa and bachata in particular, and enjoy hugs with almost-strangers and friends and family, occasionally I feel someone's belly push against my spikes (I'm very tall) and am self-conscious about them thinking I have a woody. . . My new dick does not always stay vertical against my abdomen nor does it stay to the side as I suppose a shower's dick does, it's inclined to point straight forward. I'm constantly putting my hand in my pocket to correct it's behavior, to push it vertical.

i recommend you get a vacuum cup extender to basically extend the glans/shaft a bit so that it doesn't poke. better than getting a revision.

I was composing my thoughts on VEDs post implant in another threat; my experience with getting my implant was difficult (emotional and physical) and I'm so glad to have good erections, I wouldn't want to take on any risk or cause damage, I have read the arguments pro and con, but caution is my path. I don't really have spikes "too far out", just the tip things below the glans are annoying . . . but I won't complain!

I am curious, has any guy here added more 1/2" to his erection size? Is that really worth it? I can get another 1/4 to 3/8" with a massaging technique, firm pressure up the shaft and into the glans, stretching, I suppose if I add 1/32" of an inch each month, I'll get 1/2" . . . Not so important, but a fun experiment.

My distal cylinder tips really high up in my glands and I just did a little gentle stretching and in a few days it was a lot better. I would place my thumb on top and index and middle fingers on the bottom of my glans and pull the glans out away from the cylinder tips when I cycled. Of course we are not all the same and mine may not have been as bad as yours. This does not cost anything and is done with cycling so no extra time for VED prep and cleaning.
