Perito Exercises

Postby Campfire » Sat Aug 26, 2023 7:46 am

Folks, I've delayed doing the Perito exercises a bit, I'm just under two months out and am getting round to them now. Question is when I do these, are you saying that I fully inflate and then try to move it left, right, back and forward etc? That seems so painful? So just move it really, really, slowly as far left or right etc as it will go everyday and just keep building that up until I can go fully left and right and all angles? At the moment there is no way I can go totally right or left and I move it sooooooo slowly just to get some movement.

I think you have a good idea how to do it. Listen to your body, feel the stretch, the harder you inflate the less you can move it. Cycling is and was the hardest part for me, recovery pain was very little, cycling pain hurt the most out of the entire procedure and almost 4 months in i can still feel some pain after 35-45 min.

I pump to the max, move it around like you described, i do a full circle, i stretch harder where it feels the tightest. Wait 15 min, pump to the max again, then repeat the stretch. The process is much easier in a bath/hot tub, especially in the beginning. I try and do 2 one hour stretches twice a day. I will do this for a year because of the information i read on Franktalk, Clavell recommended 6 months of cycling. My cock still feels tired and worked out after an hour, sometimes i cant make the second full hour but most of the time i can. I will cycle until i can stretch 2 full hours a day without any fatigue after or a full year, whatever comes second.

I am not even cycling properly at all then. I mean I read what I should be doing, but am no where near even an hour a day, not sure what happened mentally, almost like couldn't be asked to cycle every day, even though I'm under two months out - but will get on it from today.

So are you saying that the goal is to be able to go allllllll the way right and left for example when fully inflated or is that not possible when fully inflated? Like how far is one aiming for? What are the target angles?

Here is his YouTube exercise video.
https://youtu.be/WJaZCeJjxIM?si=tl3ueCTB54RnE8tl

I could never bend my penis left right up down when fully inflated, it hurt like heck. You can see in the video, he’s bending it like there is no fluid in the implant. He really doesn’t demonstrate how little it will bend when fully inflated.

What I did was I would pump to around 70 percent in a warm bath and do his exercises for 5 to 10 minutes. Then I would pump just a little more and try to bend it, while I’m tearing up with pain.
Then I would pump it to the max and see how long I could stay there until I screamed uncle.

Not everyone has lots of pain, but I did.

Good luck,

Go to YouTube. Dr Perito has a video on it . Dr Clavell also demonstrates this exercise on his cycling video . I agree with the advice Hog and SWorks gave . Also , I believe, having a firm grip with the opposite hand at the base is important. This keeps the pressure out of the crus where the backside of the implant is also healing . You want the pivot point midshaft .
