unfortunately after 5/10 minutes of oral administration, instead of being pleasant, I start to feel discomfort

What about a filler in the glans, if you can do it? It will help reducing the pain by adding a protective layer between the cyliner tips and the skin.

Do you think it would be useful? Wouldn't it affect sensitivity?, if it can be done and it's not very expensive it would be a nice idea

I don't think it will be expensive for only the glans. From what I read here in a different post, the cost is based on the amount they inject. The glans only should be very small. Maybe your transplant doctor does it. He might even give a discounted price, as it will contribute to the success of his implant procedure.

My right cylinder is visibly longer since my revision. It could be from the “cylinder not in the corpora” (my post). I saw Dr. Karpman last week and he said to do nothing at this time but not to go crazy and keep an eye on it. If there is any sign of protruding or blood, it must be removed. Nobody wants to hear that. He could add a filler material at the tip to protect and pad it. I am waiting for a CT scan appointment to see what is going on with the distal end. I did have some pain on the glans at 7-10 weeks but it has decreased significantly. I wish you the best.
