I went to Dr Karpman and he said it’s hard and not to do anything at this time. He could not answer why my wife is not feeling stimulated. Last night she told me she could feel it getting hard and then soft. Sounds like ED with an implant. I’m thinking the glans are not swelling enough. She is certain it started after the revision. I’m reading a lot more on FT about using Trimix and or Cialis as a supplement. I am also going in for a CT scan to check on the revision. Man this sucks but I’m not giving up.

I would recommend trying as many different positions as you can think of (or find on the internet or advice books, etc)

I have no business responding as a non implanted brother. However I do have extensive experience with dildo play with several ( 3 to be exact) women. To me, it sounds like an engorgement issue which could definitely have changed after getting a new implant. I would test out the other modes of hardening with cialis and the gel and see if that makes a difference for her. Also while you’re masturbating to evaluate how hard your glans gets throughout.

I’ve been using cialis daily at 5 mg. On days I’ll be having sex I’ll do 10 or even 15 and my engorgement does extremely well with excitement. At first few months I had little to none and the wife didn’t like it but as a few months went by it gradually got better and by 6 months the wife commented that this is the dick she remembered from our much younger years! My replacement worked fine for the first few months, then we had problems and we learned from CT scan and surgery that the right cylinder was out of Corpora (see my post on this). I had a sling attachment to the right cylinder. I’m hard as before, I think, but my wife is not feeling the same stimulation as before. What’s wrong with me? My doctor doesn’t know so I’m going to get a second opinion.

Not much detail here. Could you elaborate on your previous implant sizes as well as your penis size before and after your revision(length/girth)?

Has your wife (and you don't have to share the details if you don't want) given you any specifics about how your penis' shape or performance has changed? For instance, did the right cylinder press on a "good spot" for her when it was out of the corpora and now that it is fixed (for your penis' safety) it doesn't hit that spot as well? If that is the case, maybe changing positions would help?

I cannot resist the question about the "second opinion". Would that be from another doctor or another woman?

Thanks everyone for your suggestions and wisdom. To answer the question about a second opinion, I do mean a doctor. I’m waiting on an appointment for a CT scan. Hopefully that will show us placement, good or bad and if reconstruction of the right corpus is needed. I have asked for a Cialis prescription. So I will try that shortly. There definitely is a shape change going from AMS to Titan and the tips are not aligned. I believe this is a major factor. I’m hoping Cialis will help with glans engorgement. We have tried a few different positions and we’ll definitely keep trying. Thanks again for your encouragement. I’ll post again after the CT scan findings.
