There are multiple ways you can do it. I usually leave it 35% pumped on a date, then if we are grabbing drinks at home or Im in the bathroom I pump it to 90% and go from there. If you are trying to get fucked why would you worry about it showing. I can go for several hours 75% pumped up. 75% pumped is about the same as a natural had on. I can screw with 75% hard. 100% is like a steel spike and hurts after 1/2 hr. I have had mine for 5 years.

Here are some things I do. Most mornings, before dressing, I squeeze it out pretty hard. I count my implant as 50% inflated when the backflow from implant to reservoir stops of its own accord. That would be where pressure from the reservoir is equal to the pressure from the implant's tubes. Using that as the objective measure of 50%. Other reference points are more subjective, but fairly easy to estimate.

I hope this helps make discussion of partial degrees of inflation easier to communicate.

The percentage of inflation required for penetrative sex depends on the person one is penetrating, of course. 75% is about my minimum with my lover's vagina "properly" prepared (by foreplay) and in a good position for easy penetration. But we like 95-100% a lot better.
