How to deflate your implant without your (casual) partner noticing?

Postby Luther » Tue Sep 05, 2023 5:25 am

There are several threads about methods to secretly pump an implant before sex without a casual sex partner noticing.

However, not a lot has been written about the first minutes after having sex. Staying erect after ejaculation ofcourse is a red flag.

So, what method/scenario do you follow for making your penis flaccid right after sex (if you do no want your - casual - partner to know that you have an implant)?

Excuse myself to the bathroom to pee.

Then deflate.

I always have a small towel readily available when having sex. It’s just polite to not get cum on the bed lol. Plus, I like to clean off before putting it back in my underwear.
I’m still early in the recovery process, so I’m not cleared for sex yet. But I have given this question some thought for a while now.
My plan is to do what I always do… after cumming, cover it with the towel to wipe it off. Accept now I’ll also use the towel to hide my erection and deflate with the other hand.
I suppose you can make things even more discrete by covering with a towel and then turning around and sitting on the edge of the bed while you deflate (with your back to your partner). After deflating, you can lay back down and cuddle, or whatever.
Again, this is just my plan at this point, and it hasn’t been tested.

I had sex over the weekend and left it up and she asked me how I could just stay hard so I told her about the implant and she seemed very suprised I had one (first woman i've had sex with that I had also had sex with before my implant and peyroines). My point is that while it may seem abnormal to maintain your erection after ejaculation it doesn't mean it is a dead give away from the implant.

After sex pull the covers over you and deflate. There are multiple ways to do it just see what works for you.

I go to a paid escort every week, I inflate myself to 70% before entering, then I do the bidet and take myself to 85%, then if needed 2/3 pumps without letting me notice, if I realize that during my excitement I need more pumps because the fluid goes wider in the cylinders and gives the impression of having deflated, instead it is the tissues of the penis that expand, I ask for a doggie-style change and swollen while we are turning, when I finish he gives me wet wipes to clean me, the I put it on the penis to clean myself, as soon as it turns I press the button and squeeze the penis quickly, I deflate the little bit that no longer looks like an erection, then I get up and go to the bidet and I deflate completely, you'll see it will be easy, I can swell even when I walk

Leave it hard....she may want more!

I seriously had a girl tell me 'I didn't know I could come so much'. Yes, I was flattered!

I think your options depend a lot on how easy your implant is to deflate. For my CX, I just slide my hand down. Like I'm going to give myselef a scratch. I can get my implate deflating in less than 5 seconds. Then I just let it go as low as it wants. I seldom squeeze the cylinders.
Just an opinion. If your partner is able to watch your hand that closely. You didn't impress her.

GT1956 makes a good point. She is not likely to notice or care if she as her eyes rolled back into her head.

A lot depends on the type of pump you have. AMS/Boston Scientific pumps are easy to deflate. Just press the button until it gives a soft click and you feel a slight buzz of the fluid leaving the cylinders back into the reservoir. AMS pumps do not require continual pressure on the deflate mechanism if you get that click. For example, from missionary position, when I roll off my lover, putting my hand down to my scrotum is a very natural movement and liven2themax's towel trick is useful in this regard (drying myself and putting the towel between her legs is simply polite) to camouflage a quick deflation. Even without camouflage, I can hit the deflate between the time I pull out of her and landing on my back beside her. In "woman on top" position it is a little trickier. If she is fat on her back, no woman can see what is going on down there. If shoulders raised, she might see your hand movement, but is not likely to discern that you are doing any more than any man would naturally do after sex.

My current sex partner (main one since implant) always runs to the bathroom after sex. Her OB/GYN told her that reduces the odds of UTIs. So there's my window of opportunity!

Thanks for the responses! It gives me an idea of what to expect. The final part I will have to find out in practice.

Good control over the pump, both with regards to inflation as deflation, seems key to not raise suspicion. Practicing with the help of a pump-simulator as "Tangerine" did, seems like a useful thing to do before surgery: viewtopic.php?f=6&t=7824&start=10#p56972

Tangerine's post is from 2017, does anyone know if this "pump-simulator" is still available (I just sent an e-mail to the national office of Coloplast as well asking the same question)?
