Younger men with implants in their 30s, need your feedback!

My background: 30 years old, fit, healthy, ED my entire life, no morning woods, never obtained an erection to even get a hand/blow job let alone sex (team virgin woo), I can masterbate in certain positions but thats it.
Tried pills (didnt work), psychotherapy, VED, and trimix (was a very strong dose of trimix 50-30-1 doesnt get me hard and leaves my dick aching in pain, also FUCK sticking a needle in my dick, not for me).
Doppler test revealed I do have a venous leak.
I have a follow up appointment next week with my urologist where I'll tell him I want the implant. I'm 100% certain.

I just want to hear your guys feedback. Any regrets or best decision of your life?

I'm in ontario Canada and every urologist Ive reached out to in my province said its a 1-2 year waitlist... So i found a private clinic in MTL. His name is Dr. Marois. He'll end up doing my implant

I am 26 and I Will go for It soon. Unable yo have sex since I was 20. Thinking on my implant has made me recover illusion.

I Will go with the best spanish surgeon, even though he is way worse than others.

It sounds like you've exhausted all of the other options.

My ED started when I was 32, and it was devastating.

Getting the implant has dramatically improved my life.

I'm not going to tell you to do it. That's up to you. But from what you've written, it will be the closest you can get to having a natural hard on.

Honestly not even sure why I posted my original question. As you mentioned I've exhausted all other options and im 100% set on this.
