I’m 6 weeks post op and had sex for the first time.
Woah!

Pros: I had sex for 45 minutes, took a break and went at it for another 45 minutes! I kept checking my self because I thought I was going to lose my erection like in the past but it never happened! I was able to settle in and not think about losing my erection and was able to just be in the moment with her and it was amazing.
She didn’t know I had an implant and didn’t notice or say anything. She said she squirted for the first time because I was able to go for so long lol. Not having that anxiety around if I’m going to be able to get it up before sex is an amazing feeling.

Cons: I need to get in better shape because I was wore out after having sex for so long. I’m definitely not used to that lol.

Yes it was exactly 6 weeks.
I didn’t have any pain in my glans before doing it. I did have some pain in my glans when putting it in. That’s why I said lube is necessary if she’s not wet.
I was inflated about 90%. In between sessions I tried to pump more in just to see and got a couple more pumps in.
I cycle twice a day and do the Perito exercises. I started cycling at about 3 weeks.

Yes sir! You can not put a price on the psychological gain. It’s a different feeling to not have to worry about getting or keeping an erection, and just be in the moment.
