Little or no semen after implant

Postby Livingrooms » Thu Sep 07, 2023 10:03 pm

I am 13 weeks out after coloplast titan implant and produce very little or not semen with orgasm. Anyone else have this problem. Also orgasms less intense.

Can’t speak to semen volume, but regarding orgasm intensity i can say from personal experience that it should improve. Mine did.

You’re barely 3 months. There was nerve damage during surgery. I was penoscrotal, and had numbness in my scrotum and lower shaft, underside bottom 1/3, for months. This will improve with time. Nerves heal and sensation returns gradual. So, what i feel now, at 8 months, is much improved from my earliest sex. Had first actual sex at 10 weeks. Was sore when inflated and i would either cum or have to tap out after about :30 minutes, whichever occurred first. Could cum 50% of the time in the earliest days. Now i’m probably at 90% and can go for an hour or more.

I had first orgasm at about 8 weeks after several masturbation sessions. I couldn’t orgasm at all those first couple of times. Was pretty worried there. When it finally happened, it kind of oozed out and wasn’t the most intense orgasm, but all i could think was “thank gawd”.

Now with a gentle stroke of finger or tongue, i can feel it on the formerly numb parts. Semen volume is normal, and since i’m not sore from those early cycling days, orgasms are much improved.

Give it some time.

After speaking with urologist, I cut back on medication to treat frequent night time urination and that made a big difference. Semen now flowing. Pills were sending semen into my bladder.

Some medications have the effect of reduced ejaculate volume and/or retrograde ejaculation What were you taking?

Yep, that is called retrograde ejaculation. you must have been on Tamsulosin (Flomax). Very common with the med. I would say though I still note after full inflation the force of my orgasms has been less with the implant. I think the inflated tubes do to some degree compress upon the urethra and affect the forcefulness of it. Kind of just dribbles out now or I have to milk out the rest after I'm done.

intensity of orgasm is much greater - i had prostate surgery so I have dry orgasm now, but more pleasurable then i could every remember with implant.

Flomax or the generic will reduce your volume as well as how your orgasam feels.. I'm just now getting ready to use my implant and solo sex it is not nearly as intense as it was when i was only taking 1 instead of 2 capsules a night ..

It does not say why you suffered from ED. But if you had lets say prostrate cancer and they removed it, there will be no semen coming out anymore. You will feel the same feeling when orgasm comes, but no juice. Cancer is why I had my prostrate removed and caused my ED. I do not miss the semen it used to be a lot and messy. LOL

Same with me, hardly any semen, orgasm are great. I thougt it might be age related? I would give anything for more semen. I’m missing it a lot, it really bothers me.

I've had lots of women who absolutely LOVE cum, both inside their vagina and swallowing.
I have noticed a reduction in volume as I've aged, but I still get lots of smiles from the ladies when I fill them up. 8-)
I did notice a reduction immediately after implantation, but it seems to have cum ;) back as I've regained sensitivity.
