There are many factors that may contribute to ED, all are not urological. The importance of having a full health work-up cannot be overstated. My buddy developed ED rather quickly and standard treatments failed. He later found out there were underlying neurological problems. Just like we are all different, so are the causes for ED. I hope you are able to find a practitioner who is able to help solve your dilemma.
Edit: thanks Martin, yes, I did mean overstated.
Why is this happening to me at 30....

Good advice from AKJess (although I think he meant "overstated"). An X-ray taken for my kidney stone showed spinal stenosis, or left-right curvature, which the urologist said could be pinching a penile nerve where it exits between two vertebra, and causing my glans sensitivity to reduce. Who would have thought poor posture could affect a guy's sex life!
Creeping anorgasmia is not Gavalar's problem, but who knows? Pinching a penile nerve is never good!
Gavalar: Get X-rayed. I had no back pain or any reason to think that I could have a neurological problem!

Age 79 in 2024. On testosterone replacement due to hypothalamus malfunction. (Attention depressed guys: low testosterone is a cause.) Healthy health nut but ED due to getting old. Like to keep enough cardiovascular ability to thrust for 30 min.
