Can you stil pulsating naturally?

Hello all,


One question I have is for who has an implant can you still squeeze your kagel pelvic muscle therfore the dick will move without you touching it? Specially when you are inflated? What I mean can you still pulsating when you are aroused without touching it? To be clear for example; when I enter a woman I can pulsate without trusting or touching my dick and pulstaing reflax move the dick naturally.....it a natural reflax when we are aroused and horny.....can you still do that with an implant? It's the same muscle we use when we pee....

yes..but it doesn't have the same strength as a natural cock..before I could lift a towel hanging..or when I was very hard and my girlfriend was hugging me, squeezing the kegels I could make him feel that I was hard..not now. .now if I squeeze it moves but it has no strength ..at least for me..I'm 6 weeks out, I hope it's better

I'm not positive, but my sense is that it pulses more if I'm not 100% inflated. My theory is that at full inflation, my cock is so hard that my kegels can't compress the implant any, and that compression is part of the pulsing. Like, you compress one end of a balloon and it makes the other end flare out more. But at full inflation it can't go any further at the other end.

But yes, this is something I was curious about as well, and it works fine.

This was on my list of questions to ask my doctor before hand, but then I decided not to bother. I thought to myself, would it change my decision? My dick doesn't reliably get hard. Will I avoid fixing it if I can't pulse the same as I used to? Hell no! I'd still want it fixed, and I'm glad I did.

Sure does. That is almost the first thing that I checked. Now to put it into perspective. Kegeling was difficult with ED but still possible. I'm sure that whatever the muscles are called that does it need exercise to regain strength. I do kegels several times a day. Inflated & not inflated.

The voluntary muscles (pubococcygeus muscles and the exercises named after Dr Kegel) do make my penis move quite to the delight of my lover whether she is watching from the sidelines or feeling it inside her. As stated, I was quick to check the penis kegel. It was very important to me.
Many years ago I learned that I could kegel a couple times in a row during sex. If my wife was at a good arousal level. It would trick her into thinking that I had ejactulated & that would push her into an orgasm. Slow down a little so I could delay mine & bang her more. Get her more orgasms per session. To the best of my knowledge, she never figured out that I was tricking her by faking an orgasm of my own.
I would advise everyone that it might be a good thing to try. Can't hurt.
