Hello all,

I think i m finally ready....last April I was considering doing it...I had a consultation with dr. Cavell and he suggested that I increase my ed dosage...since than I been doing shockwave therapy, p-shot, pumping, and i have tried the new ed sublingual medication like riguiet..the combination of all worked like a charm....however, here I m still expericing some minor episodes of ed...some weeks are weeks are great and some are not so great. Honestly I m just tired...in addition, I don't want to keep on taking ed meds specially if I have to increase the dose....I m scared that one day this can cause really bad side effect. .....my goal is to have erecrion hard like rock anytime I wish...so to me the implant will be an upgrade...since I don't have full ed but I m currently not happy because I m not performing the way I was just one year ago...

One question I have is for who has an implant can you still squeeze your kagel pelvic muscle therfore the dick will move without you touching it? Specially when you are inflated? What I mean can you still pulsating when you are aroused like the golden days without touching it?

Yeah, you're pretty much at a place most of us have been.
I had prostate cancer and with a radical Prostatectomy I ended up losing 80% of my erection ability.

I'd never had an issue in the bedroom and i.was horrified to find out the best erection I could get was at very best "mushy"....

Thanks mate. I don't have prostate issue but I do have pelvic floor dysfunction due to bad prostatitis in the past. The pain come and go at any time. That makes things worst. It's like I m fighting a bottle against nature and genetics to stay up. One man bottle but in the end I should win with a little help from new tech

My kegal muscles are about the same pre and post op. I would guess what you have now should be similar after. Just be patient with the healing and you will 96%+ chance of liking it.

I see that clavell was your doctor. He will be doing mine as well. Sometimes I wonder if the implant will make my pelvic pain syndrome worst or better. But the trade off is well worth. No Metter what I won't longer have to worry about erection...

My only problem was i couldnt stay hard, never officially diagnosed but all symptoms point to a venous leak. Had prostate checked, it was fine, dick was straight, blood flow always worked to start sex just couldn’t stay hard long enough to finish. Blood flow to glands was fine. Am was and still very attracted to my wife. Implant was a perfect solution for me.
