Hard flaccid sufferers, sizing

Hello guys I came here for advice again, I developed what is called hard flaccid syndrome I never believed it can exists and always tought there are just few things that can affect size/function just like ED, venous leak, hormonal disbalance or some hardcore injury, but what happened to me is beyond understanding and even I wouldn't believe it if someone told me and I'm kinda worried there is no way to have normal sexual life again, I most likely had VL before this happened because I was losing erections during positions and it wen't to the point I couldn't maintain it properly during masturbation, but few months ago my EQ went to shit, I have burning around my anus, pain at base of the penis, pain in testicles and shooting pain to leg sometimes its unbearable, I also lost a of lot sensitivity that gets better for some time and it goes number again, and my EQ is related to my symptoms, I have/had around 6,3 inches inches erect from base not from pubis bone, I never measured from pubic bone cause that extra 1-2cm's aren't usable, and 3.5-4 inches flaccid, since I developed HF my flaccid sometimes retracts to 2.5 or even less inches and its hard as rock, also girth is extremely thin in this state, it stays like that most of the time and first time it happened I tought its fibrosis and I'm fucked up but after lying or pissing it goes back to 3-4 inches and its soft so I guess hard fibrosis would stay forever and wouldn't expand during erections + it would show on mri or sono, when all those symptoms are at worst I can't get full erection and its like 5 inches and few days/weeks laters I can reach my normal erection again, and my glans dont fill no matter how much cialis or viagra I use, sometimes I have relief for few days from pain, numbness, and that retracted state and I can achieve full erection and glans fills way better but I can't maintain them, before this happened I was rock hard on PDE5 with girl and could do x rounds for kinda long period of time I was almost surprised because I couldn't do that even when I haven't any issues, now I can't cause it hurts like hell and I can't maintain it, however I can get it up without touching just by watching or kissing her, but again when symptoms are worse even god can't get it up in its full size and hardness, I had many MRI's, flaccid sono, bloodwork and everything is fine, I believe I can eventually get rid of the pain because I found some stretching routine that helps and when I'm consistent it gets better, but I never saw someone getting their EQ better and mine isn't responding to PDE5 and I'm extremely worried about sizing because when its in that 2.5 inch mode you literally can't stretch it to even half of my erect size, I would rip it off my body faster than get to 2.6inches its hard and unstertchable also when its in its kinda normal state best I can do is around 4.5 inches and I'm not very girthy either Its little above average and kinda thinner at base so I don't know if there is even possibility to reach my erect size with implant and I can't even imagine what would happen if I show up in HF state and end up with 2.5 inches, what are you toughts or experiences with HF and implants? Also I didn't have doppler yet but uro told me he is expecting VL, I don't think its psychologial cause when I'm speaking purely about EQ without other symptoms I can't maintain it during masturbation and I have better erections with girl so its not performance anxiety, I guess those pelvic symptoms are playing a role in it too cause I can see improvement in size both flaccid and erect and can easier reach full erections when I have relief (probably something in pelvic are is temporally constricting bloodflow) but it is never that good to have sucessfull sex even on PDE5 I'm otherwise healthy and young. I will be glad for any ideas or experiences from yall, I wen't to many doctors from uros to neuros and they aren't very helpfull

Have an MRI to check your spine for protruding discs, Tarlov Cysts in your sacrum, etc. Sounds crazy, but it’s been proven to cause hard flacid. There’s a paper out with Irwin Goldstien about newly discovered causes of HF. It’s a 2023 paper. Google it and contact his office before you get an implant. I had HF and recieved an implant. It helped, but it still occurs from time to time. I recently had Tarlov cyst surgery at S2-S4 and my pelvic floor, anus, dick are better off. I also had L5-S1 disc protruding and that was fixed too. If that is ruled out then its the sympathetic nervous system freaking out. Flomax works in that case. It’ll get better brother

Oh and i went into implant surgery with it contracted and wverything was fine. Lost no length with Dr. Hakky. The anesthesia knocks out your sympathetic nervous system and it all relaxes
