Yes. In my healthy youth prior to implant my penis base was narrow. After implant it is mostly the same base to just below my glans.

Does this mean your penis is larger at the base or thinner all the way up?

Larger at the base now. More difficult to keep a condom on as it wants to roll back to the glans. Girth is still pretty good but with out engorgement of the 3rd corporal body just a bit less than my healthy youth.

I have the same problem. The girl I’m seeing is requiring a condom, but it won’t stay on. I know I’m an inch girthier than pre op.
My nutsack skin feels like it has not gone all the way down either or the tubing is too high. Not sure.
I just know when condom gets down to bottom it wants to roll back up.

I noticed the same, i also think over time the rest is catching up with the base.

Since I have a lot of scar tissue from all my revisions my base is a lot wider. I also have the issue of the condom and constriction ring for glands engorgement rolling off and not staying in position.
