So on 2 days of cialis.
Had semi night erections and managed a 90% one with porn.

Could this rule out venous leak?

Idk what could have caused your VL, but 5ARi like finasteride, durasteride cause venous leak in young men. Apparently it has been reported that even Saw Palmetto can also cause similar effects as DHT blockers. Most VL are based on loss of smooth muscle cells that are replaced by collegen. Sucks! Scar tissue is less elastic than normal tissue so it will requiere to manually stimulation to have a eretion and to keep it too because the tissue will retract.

That is why your urologist will prescribe daily tadalafil because it has anti-fibrotic properties and it will help you restore morning and prevent further scar tissue. This is not always the case in non responders to PDE5i. You can also try arginine and citrulline.

The NHS are giving me a VED aswell to help with achieving erections so maybe this will help restore penile health. At least i am hoping so!

Hell no.
It only indicates that your bloodinflow was greater than bloodoutflow. Meaning, your venous leak is not that bad, but it doesn’t exclude it at all.
