Pump after Implant?

I have never pumped in my life so let's start off there. So I don't have a clue when it comes to pumping my cock. Please work with me.

I was implanted ( AMS 700) last week 9/26/2023. Are there any benefits to pumping?
My girth and length seem to be about what they have been my whole life.
I guess what I am asking is will I stand to gain anything or is this a pipe dream? My doctor never suggested it and I don't see it on any of the informational videos on YouTube about implants.

If so I would love to hear the success stories and what you gained from pumping and maybe the type of pump you are using. Prior to pumping and after-pumping pictures would be nice too. To see the difference.

As far as pumping I never did. I'll never know if that made a difference or not. Some guys here do say they still pump after implant and see gains in length. I'm sure some will chime in with their use.

I never got length gains pumping, some say yes. For me i gained close to an inch over 8 ish years, 1 year i was consistently exercising, the other 7 i would go months without. Hanging weights with a bib hanger and an all day stretcher like jes extender worked for me. Not sure i would risk that with an implant. You might outgrow it and need a revision if you did gain. When I stopped i lost about 1/2 inch, thank goodness too cuz sex was becoming painful for my wife, kept banging her cervix.

For my wife she likes girth better than length, depending on your situation you could always focus on girths?
