Filler with IPP

Any qualified doctor who is injecting filler in a penis (Urologist or not) very well knows the structure of the penis. The implant resides inside a tough tissue Tunica. The fillers are called dermal..they go under skin and parallel to the shaft so very low probability of reaching Tunica.

I have had botox and PRP too..pre implant days along with filler.
Now that's a different story.

Thank you captain. This makes me feel better. Watched some videos of how they do it and looks like the pinch and lift the skin then inject so it should be fine. Still scary. If they were to pop it or poke a leak, life is literally a complete meltdown. Could ruin my penis forever getting a revision etc etc etc. not covered by insurance etc etc etc. HUGE risk in getting HA FILLER vs potentially ruining my implant all for a small temporary gain of .5” of girth lol. The lengths men will go to have a bigger dick is insane.

Hi wanted to ask how the Botox treatment was ? Was it paired with prp or on its own . Any benefits or side effects to Botox ?

I went with permanent filler with Dr. Loria out of Miami, i am happy and would recommend. 3 years ago i paid 10k for two rounds, each round i did shaft and glands. I went from 4 and 3/4 mid shaft to 6 1/4
