The first couple weeks post op when your not horney, very little blood flow to the glands i thought the tips were very close to the end, felt like i was over sized. After the pain goes away around 5-8 weeks for me, things felt normal. Is this your case or you just asking what if you got over sized?

I'm 8.5 months old, the tips are at the end of the glans even when deflated, when inflated I always feel them too far forward, only when I'm about to reach orgasm does the glans swell so much more that they feel less, even when I start to they give me a blowjob I'm too advanced, to the point of annoying me, I don't know if there is some bionic brother who solved this

Hey Frank. Im not expert but based on the thousands of posts ive read here, keep cycling every day and eventually the tissues should stretch enough to be a good fit for the implant. Keep cycling and fucking and if in 0.5-1 year you’re still unhappy then maybe a revision is relevant.

There is always the tunica expansion technique surgery but it seems to risky to deal with. There they cut small holes in the tunica to help the implant fit better and increase your size

I will speculate that applying vacuum to your penis might stretch your penis enough to relieve the (inside) pressure on the underside of your glans. Eventually the shaft of your penis (specifically, your tunica albuginea) may stretch enough in length to give permanent relief.

This is merely a speculation on my part. I am mot a medical professional, but do have a little bit of mechanical background.

A bit but I also had my tips at 4:00 very far outside and 10:00 at the center. You might want to try manual traction. When mine were a bit far and close to the end and in the wrong place I would inflate to about 80-90% and I would put my thumb on top at the base of my glans and my index and middle fingers on the bottom and gently move them off the tips. In your case this might be better if done or also done when you deflate. As you as deflated longer than you are inflated it will give you time to repair the tissue in the glans by moving the tips back a bit. But be careful and do not over do it. Just try to move them back a small amount to where you think they should be.

I remember a member that had glans pain for awhile. Dr Eid did his implant. He kept in contact with Eid. Eid told him that if his penis just couldn't become accustomed to the length that he'd revise that implant, it was only on one side.
Yes, in his case the discomfort went away without surgery.
I'm not so sure that tip/glans pain is a bad sign. They say that recovery can take up to a year. Sometimes a little longer.
I'm fairly aggressive on my pumping. Its not uncommon for me to have glans pain the day after a particularly aggressive pumping night.
